This hotel was amazing from the time we arrived to the time we left we felt valued. The young man on reception was extremely helpful nothing was a problem for him. We would go there again and recommend to friends. Great position very close to old town

This hotel is within easy walking distance of the old town. If you don't like to walk a number of buses stop outside with 1 route going to the Hauptbahnhof. The staff here are amazing and are full of good advice as to how best to enjoy your stay in Salzburg. The hotel is well kept, clean and safe. Our room was modern and spacious and quiet. The next time I visit Salzburg I won't even look for another hotel I'll just book my stay here.

Clean comfortable hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet with champagne. Only downside is that rooms are VERY warm and even with the thermostat turned off we had to sleep with windows open .

Really good for visiting Old Salzburg.

Just arrived home from our stay. The hotel was perfect for our needs, all reception so friendly. Hotel is only a short walk ( possibly less than 15 minutes from the main centre).

Superb. Value for money

The hotel is located right on most of the bus lines and it is a short walk through the mountain to the old city, the castle, the cathedrals and several Mozart attractions. Attractions. Early check-in via the Internet made everything very quick and easy. Ms. Even was very professional and helpful providing me with information about local food stores, a pharmacy and walking through the tunnel to Old Town Salzburg.

We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved the variety of the breakfast buffet. The drink vouchers for the green service (no change of towels etc) was very much appreciated.

Professional hotel appearance and warm welcoming staff. The room was great. Breakfast was good and the breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. i've stayed at this Hotel 3 times and will be back for a fourth. Parking is tight so if you need it, make sure it's available.

We appreciate every feature of this hotel: great front desk staff, consciencous management, quality housekeeping, roof top terrace and best location on the quiet side of the Monchsberg. We think the best value for Festival attendees who are staying for more than a few days.

I very much enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Hotel Salzburg City Centre in early August. The Hotel is situated very close to the Salzburg Music Festival where I was attending Concerts and 60th anniversary of Sound of Music. The staff be it reception or cleaning were very helpful and friendly indeed. I would stay in this Hotel again.

The size of bathroom is spacious but the basin and the shower area are comparatively too small.

The hotel and staff were totally friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. The only downside was the street construction, but that can't be helped, of course.

Great location just out of the tourist area but only 5 mins through a very cool tunnel to get to Getreidegasse. Hotel was super friendly, really clean and comfortable with a nice family room. Would have liked to have had breakfast but we didn’t have time.

The male chamber maid on the third floor was very helpful when I needed to obtain some tea bags etc and also sit how to work the coffee machine and his to obtain a make to make tea. The breakfast staff were helpful but it was very busy and difficult to find certain things or maybe they had just run out. Did example salt, spoons, bowls. It didn't help because somethings were under the counters. The staff were very helpful though and polite.

Location for us was great. It was just a 5 to 10 minute walk and you were in the centre of the old city where there are things to see and do as well as lots of bars and restuarants. The rooms were a reasonable size, clean and up to date and have air conditioning which was most welcome. Breakfast is great, there is a wide selection available of hot and cold food. We found the staff to be very friendly and open for a chat. The hotel has parking which I was told you can not book, but there is a parking station that has the entrance next to the hotel and it is about 25 euros a day

I found the Hotel and amenities to be exceptional. However it would have been nice to know about the road construction all around the hotel. It was confusing getting to the hotel as a result. A heads up on this would have made this much easier.
