The hotel offers six rooms specially designed for guests with disabilities.
Designated parking spaces for disabled guests are available in the upper parking lot.
On busy days, the hotel prioritizes early check-in and check-out for guests.
The pool is equipped with a disability-friendly lift, ensuring accessibility for all guests.
Public services are accessible on the events floor only.
Facilities such as the synagogue, gym, and spa complex are also accessible to guests with disabilities.
All hotel entrances and corridors are disability-friendly.
Please note that there is no accessible route from the hotel to the promenade.

Room Accessibility

The hotel features six accessible rooms, four of which do not have balcony access.
These rooms are situated on the 16th, 10th, 2nd, and 1st floors, offering views of Jaffa or the marina (partial sea views).
There are no interconnecting doors in these rooms.
The distance from the elevator to the rooms varies between 5 and 10 meters. On the 1st and 2nd floors, the pathway includes carpet, while on the 10th and 16th floors, it features a smooth floor surface.
Each room is equipped with a bathroom that includes a shower and toilet with handrails.
The bathroom entrance width is 74 cm.
