Located at 20 Sheinkin Street, Sam & Blondi is a boutique hotel in the heart of one of Tel Aviv's most iconic neighbourhoods. Part of the Fattal Colors Collection, the hotel occupies a historic building constructed in 1919 for Aryeh Brill, a tailor who emigrated from Ukraine and made his home on the ground floor of what was then a young and fast-growing city.
More than a century later, the building's original character remains intact. Its tiled roof, front balcony, and eclectic architectural details stand as reminders of old Tel Aviv, while Sheinkin Street has evolved into one of the city's most vibrant destinations, known for its cafés, boutiques, galleries, and creative energy.
Today, Sam & Blondi offers stylish boutique accommodation across four room categories, combining contemporary comfort with the spirit of the neighbourhood that surrounds it.
