Part of the Fattal Colors Collection, the hotel occupies a historic building constructed in 1919 for Aryeh Brill, a tailor who emigrated from Ukraine and made his home on the ground floor of what was then a young and fast-growing city.

More than a century later, the building's original character remains intact.
