I will make this short: Pros: - comfortable bed, sleep was excellent - enought space in the room not to feel claustrophobic (superior double room) - cleaning staff was quick and did a good job - hot water in the bathroom was always available - fridge worked fine and kept beverages cold - iron worked with any issues - windiws can be opened Cons: - not enought light in the room, it always felt dark, especially at this time of year (plus my room vas facing yeard between buildings) - the room is lacking liveliness, there is a lot of grey colors - shower cabin was leaking - one shower hose was leaking and it was leaving limescale - the read light bulb used for heating doesnt do much. Same experience either turned on or off. - one LED light were flickering for some period of time, but not always Things to improve: - when entering the room, there is no light at all, before the key card is inserted into it's place. It would be good to at least have one light, or all light turned on for 20-30 seconds before card is inserted. Same for leaving the room. - on some days it was cold in the room. The air conditioner didnt seem to change anything even it was set to maximum. - add some more lights or change they way current ones are operating - add some painting that have color, rooms are too grey - I don't understand the online check in, as I was requested to fill in my details to receive company invoice, so I filled up the registration firm again. The reception lady told me she doesn't have that information I have submitted. - make sure you have someone else to jump in on reception desk, as there was one lady and 4 guests in the queue when I checked in. - in breakfast area you only have big jugs for coffee. Would be nice to add smaller ones for cappuccino and espresso coffee. - all things I have noticed in the room should have been reported by cleaning staff. I suggest to have someone inspect the rooms on regular basis. - since you are serving omelette, the cook should br present there always. I have seen her three times out of 6 breakfast I attended.

Almost everything was perfect. My only problem was that there was no heating in the bathroom. Just an infrared lamp that automatically turned off after half a minute.

A nice hotel overall and suitable for a short stay, but technical issues with the key cards reduced the overall comfort. During our short stay of only 2 nights, the room key card stopped working twice. Each time we had to go down to the reception on the ground floor to get a new card, even though we were staying on the 5th floor. This was quite inconvenient.
