Leonardo Hotel Vienna Westbahnhof

Great Stay, Location perfect. Breakfast was god enough to start your day. All staff were polite and helpful. Room clean . Bathroom small, but good. Note :if you are more than 1 it lacks a bit of privacy considering the size of room. But since I was travelling solo I had no problem. Also, a bit of toilettries, like bath cap, disposable toothbrush would have been nice. If you are a smoker, you need to go out the entrance of main building, would be nice if the hotel offered a designated smoking area. Otherwise all was perfect!Will definately recommend this hotel and come back in future.

Very nice cozy hotel with wonderful & professional staff, with a nice location close to everything.

I would highly recommend this hotel. First of all, the location is perfect. It is just around the corner from the metro line and trams, surrounded by many restaurants of all cuisines and close to several supermarkets. The staff at the front desk were very attentive and friendly. One of our party members had a birthday and the front desk sent us two complimentary small bottles of prosecco. The room was not massive but very cosy and it was cleaned every day. The bathroom was a bit tight, but it did not bother us. However, the fancy glass bathroom door was a big concern 😉 The breakfast was good, with a broad selection of cold meats and cheese, hot food, cereals, jams, yoghurts and bread rolls. The coffee was decent. We did not have lunch or dinner at the hotel, but you are spoiled for options just a short distance away—high-profile restaurants, oriental buffets, IKEA dining, or simply street fast food. Just the day after staying at Leonardo Hotel, I stayed at Hugo Hotel in Malta (4*) and was bitterly disappointed by their cold, mass-produced service, which was nowhere near the warm experience we had at Leonardo. Big compliments to Leonardo’s management and floor staff. Well done, guys! I would definitely come back! Absolutely loved Vienna!
