THE JAFFA offers an elegant morning experience combining carefully curated boutique buffets with personal service and a choice of one dish from the à la carte menu. The menu brings together high-quality ingredients, local flavors and a contemporary interpretation of classic dishes.

On Friday evenings, hotel guests can enjoy a festive dinner featuring generous buffets that blend tradition, abundance and refined cuisine.

Golda's is a kosher Italian dairy restaurant that brings together Italian culinary tradition and the unique atmosphere of Old Jaffa. Set among historic stone arches, the restaurant serves a menu based on fresh ingredients, classic Italian dishes with a local interpretation and Mediterranean touches, alongside a carefully selected range of wines and cocktails. The experience at Golda's combines Italian hospitality, Jaffa’s rich history and contemporary cuisine in an elegant setting.

Shesh Besh Bar

Inspired by one of the region's most beloved games, Shesh Besh Bar offers a curated selection of wines, classic cocktails, and a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of the hotel. Guests are invited to unwind with a drink, enjoy a game of backgammon, and soak up the distinctive character of Old Jaffa.
