Went to check out to pay any outstanding bill. Receptionist (who was lovely)recommened to get taxi to airport rather than train it would be quicker and although dearer would drop us at terminal IT WOULD BE SET FARE OF 55EUROS . HOWEVER AFTER WAITING 30MINS THE TAXI ARRIVED AND TOOK US THROUGH CITY CENTRE WITH METER ON AND TRAFFIC WAS HORRENDOUS IT TOOK 1HOUR (INSTEAD OF 25MINUTES).AND THEN ON ARRIVAL TAXI HAD 81EUROS ON METER AND SAID IT HAD TO BE PAID WHICH WE ARGUED ABOUT AND EVENTUALLY HAD TO PAY IT. I HOPE THAT YOU WILL CONTACT TAXI COMPANY AND ASK WHY WE WERE CHARGED THIS PRICE .WE WERE PICKED UP AT AROUND 8.10AM TODAY(13TH o.) TO GO TO AIRPORT @SET FARE OF 55 EUROS.?? IT IS ADVERTISED ALL ALL OVER CITY AND SEATING ON HIS VEHICLE? ROBERT L. r. 508 .10TH-13TH o.) .I WOULD LIKE THIS INVESTIGATED. IT IS PUTTING A BAD NAME ON YOUR HOTEL..

We stayed just one night and needed somewhere close to Roma Termini — this hotel was perfect for that. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, offering to store our bags when we arrived early. The hotel has a stylish feel, and our room was spacious with a comfortable seating area, plus separate bath and toilet spaces. We appreciated the complimentary water and coffee machine in the room. It was on the pricey side, but you really do get what you pay for. I’d definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Rome. There’s also a great nearby restaurant called Bramble — ideal if you’ve spent the day sightseeing and don’t want to go far for dinner. The only downside was the bar area and lack of service. Unfortunately, the bartender had called in sick and there was no one available to cover. The receptionist did his best by offering a limited selection of beer and wine, but overall it was a bit disappointing especially given the price of the hotel. It also meant the place lacked atmosphere, and we ended up heading back to our room earlier than planned.

I recommend it for all.

Was easy to find from the train station, lovely room, great linen, soft towels. Working air con No issues with anything. Lovely warm welcome, great info about Rome. Highly recommend. Breakfast everything we needed. The umbrella rental a great idea with the weather we had! But we remembered one of our own! Little gem of a hotel, close to a couple of great restaurants, Brambles and Strada Romana. Thanks for the memories!

The Leonardo Hotel is ideally placed for train, metro and bus services at Termini. All of which were timely and reasonable. The location is in the business area of Rome which is not the most attractive area but quiet with lots of local restaurants if you take the time to venture out. The centre of Rome and sites can be walked to in half an hour or so, with the exception of the Vatican which is a bit further but easy on the metro. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable and was serviced daily. TV, fridge, hairdryer, WiFi all of a good standard. Buffet breakfast was of a good standard. We would definitely rebook for a return visit.

Our first visit to Rome and for our Honeymoon. The hotel was perfectly located being close to Termini was a huge advantage. We loved being able to walk around the whole city and the easy of getting to the airport from the hotel.

The hotel position is perfect for our weekend break, the staff were very helpful and the room had everything we needed. A very nice hotel.

From entering the hotel a gentleman on reception greeted us booked us in and when we asked a few questions he was happy to help,this certainly helps when you are a stranger to the country. The room was good and breakfast excellent. Near Termini station which gets you anywhere in Rome also some fantastic shops and restaurants. Would come again.

I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel — it’s super convenient, within walking distance to the Rome Termini station. Brilliant service from Riccardo! It was my birthday, and he made sure there was a balloon setup and a card waiting for me. It’s the small touches like that which made my stay so special. Thank you!

Really nice place, clean and pleasant, tastefully decorated rooms. Close to the station but in a quite street. Attention to the customer (sweets were found in the room as a welcome). Very kind and available staff. It has been short but very good stay at the hotel. Congrats!

Based close to Termini that has all connections to the main attractions. Good attention to detail and the staff were excellent. Breakfast could have had more variety but it was not a concern to us. It would be great to have prices for the items left in the fridge.

Great 3 night stay in the Leonardo Boutique hotel in Rome. Location is excellent for travel into the city on train and is ideally located to see all the sights (most within a 30 minute walk)

Never met the cleaner but she was obviously hard working a. diligent, we always came back to a lovely clean a. tidy room. The room was a little small even though we paid for the deluxe one. We were told we were given a family room upgrade. This was good for us but we are not sure a family would have found it adequate in size. Enjoyed the choice at breakfast but the hot food was often only luke warm, even at 7 am on our day of departure (today). Bed a. pillows were very comfortable. The bath/shower room was quite cramped but the bath was wonderfully comfortable to lie back in with its sloped back - a. just the right length for us.

Pleasant hotel situated ideally located near the train station with plenty of restaurants close by. Attentive staff . Rooms well equipped but we felt slightly cramped.

Hotel has great access to the Termini train station, the rooms have a modern feel, and the maid service exemplary. The stand out feature was the reception team, who were efficient and so helpful during our short stay, nothing was too much which made our stay even more enjoyable.

Nice location and the hotel hot tub was a nice way to relax after walking around Rome’s tourist attractions.

The location of the hotel is excellent, with a warm welcome from Ricardo (who was always extremely helpful). Unfortunately, another female member of the reception team was very unhelpful towards my wife (my wife asked for a second key card, but the employee insisted - wrongly - that my wife already had four other cards!). This soured our experience, which affected our overall mark (9 not 10).

The hotel is situated within a few minutes walk of the main train station. It was smart, clean and most of a welcoming. The staff were brilliant, it was my husband’s birthday on the day we arrived and the staff sent a complimentary bottle of wine to the room with a card! Rooms modern and comfortable, very clean and tidy. We would throughly recommend and would definitely stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel with its friendly helpful staff and nice comfortable room. It’s in a brilliant location for seeing all Rome has to offer, only a couple of minutes walk from the Termini Station but on a quiet street where there are plenty of really good places to eat at very decent prices.

We visited Rome for valentines the leanardo boutique was perfect for our trip the staff were excellent I cannot thank them enough .ideally situated we would definitely stay again thank you

We had an amazing time at your hotel. Made full use of the jacuzzi a. rest areas in reception staff fantastic gave us all the help a. guidance we needed. Location great for getting around a. only 5mins from the station Definitely recommend staying here

Hotel was lovely and within walking distance of the main sites. Hamdy as very close to termini train station. Rooms were compact but substantial for the two of us for a weekend trip. Breakfast was ok but would rather eat out elsewhere. Drinks from the bar were ok, we both had pinacolada but it had a funny aftertaste. Steam room, sauna and hot tub were a nice treat after a long day walking about. Overall I’d say the hotel was a 8 out of 10 and I’d definitely stay again.

Wr booked this trip as a very last minute getaway and we were delighted with our experience. From the location of the hotel to the friendly and helpful staff everything about our trip was just perfect and we will definitely be back. Thank you

Great hotel. Lovely rooms. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We used the spa and jacuzzi which was really needed after walking around Rome. We would stay here again.

Our stay was really nice, a lot of impressions and Rome is worth every step we did. Dylan from the FO was always friendly, helpful and attentive. The room was very small for a full week stay. Toilet didn’t flush properly Just the do not disturb button didn’t work out We missed a green option. Cause we got fresh towels every day, wich we didn’t need. In the end we will recommend the Hotel and would alsways come back again Thanks to the whole team
