Parking Information 

Our car park is located directly opposite the hotel, with limited spaces available at a daily rate of £8.50 for 24 hours. If the car park is full, we recommend alternative options listed below- 

1. Mill Road Car Park, NE8 5JB
Location - Halfway up the hill towards Gateshead, across from the Sage. 

Guests park for free after 11pm to 8am then would need to either purchase a 
new ticket at the car park or pay for a new ticket via the Pay By Phone app, by 
calling 0330 400 7275, or by visiting www.paybyphone.co.uk. 
*Please quote the location code 79147 for the Mill Road car park when using 
the Pay by Phone service.

2. South Shore Road Car Park, NE8 3QW
Location - Past the Baltic.
Guests park for free after 9pm to 8am then would need to either purchase a 
new ticket at the car park or pay for a new ticket via the Pay By Phone app, by 
calling 0330 400 7275, or by visiting www.paybyphone.co.uk.
*Please quote the location code 79148 for the South Shore Road car park 
when using the Pay by Phone service.

3. Quarryfield Road, NE8 3BE
Location: Up the hill towards Gateshead and across from Gateshead College.
Guests can pay on arrival for the total time that they think they would be in the car park for (i.e. 24hours/48 hours) and would not need to go back to the car park to top up their ticket, or they can pay for a new ticket via the Pay By Phone app (information for app given below), by calling 0330 400 7275, or by visiting www.paybyphone.co.uk.
