A wonderful stay at a fabulous hotel for a weekend to watch the Madrid derby at the Bernabeu.

I came on the 14-16th march and stayed in the superior double room on my own, the room was perfect and a massive reason why I loved Madrid so much , it was a good size it was clean and the balcony area was even better than I expected , I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and check out the other NYX hotels when I go elsewhere , 10/10 from me

Hotel was nice and the room was cozy. Internet worked fine in my hotel room. The vegan options in hotel receptions were better than I expected (Spain being not that vegan-friendly in general..). Thank you for providing soy milk and oat milk. Would be nice if there's also some other plant based proteins available.

Great location for catching the metro, into central Madrid. Lots of shops and bakeries nearby, yet in a Quiet and peaceful area. Staff were lovely from the outset. We went out mostly but the interaction we did have was helpful and polite. Would definitely recommend this hotel for a stay in Madrid.

Went for a night with to teenangers. Cool and hip hotel, nice staff, good breakfast, nice rooftop with pool. Some arcade and fussball in lobby. Love that it’s near the metrolines connected with train terminal and city center :) walking distance to Santiago Bernabéu!! If you have booked the smallest room, ask to not get the ones in the stairway. At night it can be loud, with people arriving! Would stay again !!

Location very nera to metro station. Cleanless on very high level. Very helpfull personel. Hope will be back to this hotel.

We arrived at the hotel very early in the morning, around 8 AM, even though the official check-in time was 3 PM. Alina at the front desk was incredibly kind and professional — without hesitation, she welcomed us and allowed us to check in early. After a long journey, this gesture meant the world to us. The room was clean and comfortable, and Alina's warmth made us feel right at home from the very start. Her thoughtfulness and willingness to help truly stood out and made our stay special. Everything is good , my bathroom fucet has some problem, they responded and resolved very quickly the breakfast is very good the surrounding environment is safe and quiet,easy to access metro to the major tourist attraction

The staff was really great. The room was clean but some damage on the walls/corners, nothing that would keep me from returning.

Pool was great. Hotel room nicely decorated. Only criticism is I would have liked shampoo and conditioner provided. There were also a lot of noisy women on a hen party during our stay but hotel staff were great when I asked to change rooms.

Great hotel at a great location. Friendly and service minded staff. Room was very clean and the cleaning was excellent. Very good breakfeast varity. If I visit Madrid again I will stay at this hotel. I like all the small stuff e.g the candy bar at the enterance.

Overall had a good stay at NYX Madrid! Very friendly staff! Main lift was out of order for couple of days so had to use the service lift. Also there was no hot water for a day, however we were given complimentary breakfast for that day. Nevertheless, enjoyed the stay, location is excellent. Very accessible stores, restaurants, metro etc.

Amazing Hotel staff. The hotel reception staff helped a lot. When we arrived in Madrid, We were in trouble and feeling down but the guy always cared and supported us. We’ll never forget this kindness. definitely stay at this hotel again when go to Madrid. Thank you so much!!

Booked this hotel as part of a wider trip, needed somewhere close to both the airport and Charmartin station. This was a few Metro stops away from Charmartin. Good local Bars, cafes and restaurants so we ate at them rather than the hotel. The main Real Madrid Football stadium isn't far to walk to. Hotel was Ok for a couple of nights, Wifi wasn't great, unable to send an attachment over it. Due to unforeseen circumstance, we had to leave a day earlier than we had booked to, didn't get a refund as booked Non Refundable room. However the circumstances were not of our doing (a National Rail RENFE strike had been called) and we had to get to Valencia before the Saturday morning.

A nice location near Estadio Santiago Bernabéu for football fans. Especially if you are already familiar with the city of Madrid. It is in a peaceful area with local restaurants and cafés and within walking distance of the football stadium. Although a few kilometers from the Madrid Centro, it is easily reachable on foot or by metro.

Great hotel, lively atmosphere in the lobby area. The room was small but perfectly fine for a one night stay. The staff were happy and friendly. I would use this hotel again when visiting Madrid.

Hotel located in walking distance to my office which was very convenient. Lots of bars, restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Hotel a little qwerky and different from your general hotels that I usually stay in, which I really liked. Sweet stall, arcade games and table football all part of the hotel. Bar had great collection of drinks and prices reasonable compared to most hotels I've stayed in. Strongly recommend.

Jorge and the guy who look like drake (so sorry can’t remember his name!!) were amazing !!! I’m so thankful for people like them. Upon arrival they were extremely welcoming. Helped me out in all I needed and more ! Even charging my phone … telling where to go for a bite etc. Love this team at the front desk!

Five days in a very welcoming hotel with great staff who are helpful at any moment.very clean ambience and a very good breakfast with many choices, especially in the health corner. Bravo to all. First time here but, probably now, not the last. Great job!

Everything was great, from the reception staff to the beautiful room and amazing lobby with a bar. Hotel is very modern and I will definitely stay there again when I visit Madrid.
