NYX Hotel Ibiza - Adults Only

Absolutely loved everything about my 18 night stay coming from Australia. All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Loved the food truck food and pricing. Great vibes around the pool. Felt very comfortable in my room with an amazing view I enjoyed immensely every day on my balcony. Great location and quiet rooms away from the noise at night making for a good nights sleep. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this hotel and have already done so numerous times since leaving yesterday 😢 Thank you for creating such a warm and friendly atmosphere in Ibiza which will be memorable forever.

Beautiful hotel everything was a pleasure for the eyes!! Really well designed and decorated! Great food and drinks, mixed slushie with patron was a fav and burger van with the best bacon and cheese toasties! Extra kudos for free beer and soft drinks at dinner time!! Staff very helpful and polite. Air con was great and the view from our double deluxe £50 extra for egg chair room was amazing with direct sunset’s was 100% worth it!! Only snag is the Greek yogurt was “Greek style” yogurt so I had to miss out on my favourite breakfast option all week but no big deal and the extractor fan in bathroom isn’t adequate enough as the mirror still steams up. Thank you team NYX for a wonderful stay!

I’ve been to many hotels all over the world and the NYX ranks amongst the best 3. The thing that struck me is how very very well run the hotel is - well done to the management team and all the staff they are very professional. You can see all take immense pride in their jobs and this is transmitted to the guests. I was hugely impressed by the quality of the restaurant, the variety of food and the high quality of the food always cooked really well with some lovely little touches. The deserts are fabulous - honestly I thought the food at NYX was much better than we had at the Grand Palladium which is a 5 start hotel. I also like that as an adult hotel there was no boring entertainment - NYX only had decent DJs playing some good adult house music - at the pool and in the bar terraces. The great feature is the terrace where you can watch the sunset - it’s in a fantastic location, comfortable and chilled. Perfect. It’s the first hotel I’ve every stayed in where I have no real complaints of note - only a very small one - the coffee pods for the rooms don’t get replenished - which was a bit of a pain. I had to go find one of the cleaning staff to get some every time but even that wasn’t really troublesome. They are nice people. A nice coffee in the morning is a great touch so please keep the coffee pods stocked up! I can honestly say the NYX wowed us all and it’s THE best hotel we’ve ever stayed at in Ibiza and we’ve stayed at all of the bigger hotels including the 5 star palladiums etc - those places don’t beat the NYX in virtually every category I can think of and the location is fantastic. It was nice to see the smiling friendly staff on reception, in the bar and in the restaurant - the chefs were willing to talk to the guests about the dishes which was really nice and refreshing - we usually don’t see that level of interaction. Once again let me congratulate the staff and the management team for the way you run this beautiful hotel wow what a great job you’ve done well done guys I give you 10:10 for this - we are already booking our stay at NYX for next year - see you all then - sending love - ❤️
