Great location, just a bit outside the main city but very close to the cruise terminal. Just need more transportation nearby.

Easy amd comfortable"
16 mins walk to metro/local train and you are into the Hamburg magic. Clean rooms, good breakfast and all minimal but needed services that you need.

Overnighter in Hamburg"
Nice Hotel, extremely friendly service.Really good Breakfast!
The Hotel room was really big for 3 people.
The Bathroom could do with a bit of remodeling (Toilet basin was broken, the Seat was very old.The Shower head holder was to big for the shower head,kept sliding down when i showered, so i had to hold the shower head in my hand.)

Staff was helpful with getting the correct room"
Staff was helpful with getting the correct room. We booked a room with a bathtub, but we didn't get it at first. Later they changed out room to the correct one.
Breakfast was decent, staff was good.
