Good location- a 10 minute walk into town with access to trams and u barn - good value for money and friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean and hot breakfast needs a re think as it doesn’t stay hot!

As a student, the fees was a little bit much, actually it's worth. And the good thing is it's near shopping mall or shops, it's rally nice, the thing I am not satsified is the water from shower. I can't manage it quiet well. Sometime it's too hot but sometime too cold, I did get the normal tempeature even though I turn the tap. I think this is the only thing and other goes well. Perfect. Thanks.

We had a great time at the hotel. All the staff were very kind and helpfull. The bar was really nice. The room had a good standard and we are very happy.

Check in is easy, the attitude of the staff is tolerant, the rooms are pleasant, the breakfast is excellent. The location is very good for sightseeing. Very good transport.

Everything was great, very clean and chic hotel near Alexanderplatz....exept breakfast could be improved, no frest fruit - like pineapple, melon, etc....and practicaly no choice for celiac people - you only get 2 little buns (dissapointing!) - no gluten free cereals or oats, no gluten free pastries (croissants, etc). And also for vegans - not to many choice (there was some horrible chia seed yoghurt and some falafels..not healthy at all). Great sauna area for only 2eur/room. Lovely little gym. Except for the breakfast, the hotel is realy great and staff really helpfull and friendly.

Very good hotel, very good location

Had a great experience here - loved the room, the hotel in general and the staff were great. Small drawback was that our toilet flush kept breaking but apart from that we loved our stay and would come back again.

Hotel was within easy reach of M4 tram stop, allowing easy access to many areas. Hotel was bright and clean and most of the staff were very helpful. Great lounge with very good cocktails and excellent staff. Room 676 was a but smaller than expected and a pillar in room made access to bed quite tight at one side. My only complaint....pillows are awful.

I've been coming as a client of the Leonardo Royal Alexanderplatz since 2016 and would recommend the hotel unreservedly. Always a pleasure to stay here, very comfortable rooms, lovely staff and a great breakfast.

Simple but good quality. Large, comfortable rooms. Bar and lounge area inviting and warm Ok breakfast - hit food always cold and items run out quickly. Could be better. All staff helpful and cheery especially the female breakfast/restaurant manager.

Great hotel, super nice staff. They gave me a kettle for my tea at reception, I forgot my room card in my room at some point and they replaced it without hassle. The hotel is very central and right in the middle distancewise of the train station and Berghain 😄 it’s such a good price compared to other hotels and super clean. The staff for your suitcases and in the reception area is very pleasant also. Overall a very positive and great experience. I stayed there before in 2017 and didn’t realize until I got there so pricewise it is very competitive ! Would highly recommend

There was poop in the hallway. A visitor had come in and wiped his sole on the doormat in the hallway. The hotel staff didn't clean it up.

Really enjoyed our stay with your hotel in Berlin. It was my sisters birthday and the receptionist arranged for her to get a few treats to our room . She was really surprised. Thanks again

Overall great stay with friendly staff and good location, except for the fact that my clothes got wet from the air conditioning system (I put my bag on the bench right below the AC and the day after I cousmnt wear those clothes).

I stayed in room 109 and overall, we really enjoyed our time at your hotel. The room was very nice — we especially liked the seating area, the decor and pictures, and the TV. It was quiet and had a pleasant view as well. The only things that could be improved are the air conditioning, which didn’t cool very effectively (the room felt a bit warm because of the thick blankets), and the shower area, which felt a little claustrophobic and didn’t drain well, causing some minor flooding. Apart from that, everything else — the location, breakfast, and staff — was excellent. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly recommend your hotel to our friends who want to have a comfortable and pleasant experience. Best regards, Omri

A very good choice for staying in Berlin

We arrived a little early for check-in but fortunately the room was ready. It's a well run hotel, very clean and has everything you need for a great stay. The breakfast is excellent, loads of variety and the coffee is very good and there is plenty seating for the guests. Can't think of any negatives to say

It was lovely staying here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Staff is lovely. Only thing i would comment on is the location is about an 18 min walk from Alexanderplatz, not right in it. Other than that, I would stay here again. Thank you!

In the most perfect position - such a quick walk to Alexanderplatz. Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet. We loved staying at Leonardo Royal and will definitely be back.

Very nice hotel in a good location. Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Nice big clean room with everything you could need. Only downside was the choices at breakfast. Plenty of food but not every choice available. No toaster. Not worth the money.

This hotel is ideally located from Alexanderplatz. The room was spacious and super clean, the breakfast was good, however the selection was not as good as our previous stay. Downside to the breakfast was the time it took to refill the breakfast station. The bar is good and the staff were exceptional, downside to this was the price of beers etc was which more noticeable when German guests were complaining. However would we revisit again, yes we would.

Everything about the hotel stay was comendable and a real pleasure, would definitly stay again. My only negative comment on the whole stay was the price of the breakfast which we were quoted at €21 per person, and I felt after looking at the offer on display was not good value as 2 of the party were Vegans and the plant based selection certainly didnt reflect the price of €21 per person, but apart from that it was a great stay.

We have been staying in Leonardo Hotel almost 10 years when visit Berlin.It,s always pleasure for us.

It was our second stay at Leonardo Alexanderplatz hotel. We like breakfast so much, and the pet-friendly staff :) Rooms are comfortable and clean. Everything is ok for us . See you next time:)

As a frequent guest at the Leonardo Royal I find this hotel an ideal place to stay in Berlin. I stay here 3/4 times a year as I’ve family in the city. It’s an ideal location for anyone visiting Berlin as it’s close to many famous landmarks and has great transport links. The hotel staff are excellent , from checking in, to the breakfast room, to the cleaning staff

We were very pleased with all aspects of our stay. Comfortable, clean, quiet, and easy in all ways.

Stayed here with my son for a weekend trip to Berlin. Close to the action and a 15/20 min walk to museum island.
