It was my first solo trip to your fabulous city on the occasion of my birthday. I adored my room, and the shower experience was a highlight since I appreciate a hot shower with great water flow in the morning to get my day started, and the hotel excelled. Thank you to your wonderful staff too. Everyone, from reception to house keeping, was so friendly, welcoming and helpful. I've already started recommending your hotel to friends and will always first consider staying at another Leonardo Royal Hotel location for my next birthday trip. Cheers!

The hotel is amazing it’s near to catch the bus for downtown. Everything is heady breakfast and staff members is all good to help. Reception staff josy moni she is very helpful. Hotel is near to airport also new style of the room

Hotel is in a good location, easy public transport available. Friendly staff, good food and drinks available. Good pool and bar services. We recommend this accomodation.

Amazing and friendly service, very informative and helpful throughout our entire stay.

Our room was clean, had a great slept with comfortable bed. Quite far from the city center, but near the metro stations and airport. It was good choice as we planned to watch football match, it’s walking distance to the Olympic Stadium.

Parking is expensive and breakfast should start earlier than 0700 for early flights.

It would have been excellent if we had had it in the room hairdryer, lotion after bath, something in the fridge (minibar), the phone to work and the coffee maker should not be broken (the remaining water flowed from it). But all this was not so important! We have had the beautiful view, the pool was nice! Easy to reach to bus-station. Near there were restaurants and teraces. Near by the Palau Sant Jordi for the concert. In a word we were impressed by this hotel!

Overall experience was great, room product it was very nicely accommodate. Bed and bedding very comfortable, shower very spacious. The only minus was time waiting for ordered food in the restaurant during evening. Definitely will come back!

A warm and welcoming stay - quite room with, immaculately clean and comfortable bed for a restful nights sleep. Reception/check in was first class.

Staff is really helpfull! Extremly friendly! Only You could change this wifi connection scheme. Autoconnection should be possible after log in.

It's a new, modern, clean hotel. Intended for conferences/exhibitions in Fira Barcelona, walking distance.

Spent the weekend here whist in Barcelona for the football and sightseeing. Close to the Olympic stadium and also the metro for going into town this hotel is in a quiet area. Clean and neat rooms with a tv and fridge and nice en-suite bathroom. The bar is nice to sit in and have a drink and possibly food. The reception staff are friendly and are able to advise on local restaurants and other services and sights.

The hotel is well taken care off. Its clean and service is excellent. Rooms are clean. Only thing I was missing was fresh water every day and something to clean the toilet.

The towels were replaced everyday - not neeeded. In DK we have a rule, that if towels are placed on the bathroom floor, then the towels are replaced.

We stayed for three nights before taking an anniversary cruise. The staff was extremely helpful, the service was excellent, and the room was comfortable.

A Perfect stay. Bar staff very friendly. Hotel immaculate and spacious with 2 rooms ample for our family of 5. Beds very clean and comfortable. Would be nice to have drinking water replaced in room and having an indoor pool would be a welcome addition. Decor of hotel was stunning.

We booked a room for 3 people, and they actually set up a bed for 3rd person in the room. My son does not need to sleep on sofa. Staff are very nice and helpful, breakfast was very good for what we have paid :) I do have couple minor issues - 1. There is strong stinky odor in the gym. 2. the paddle on small trash can was not working, so we needed to open the trash can cover by hands - not ideal for sure. I mentioned to front desk, the guy was very nice, and said they were going to take care it right way - but never did :( 3. the shower was pretty nice, the right knob controls to shower or spray. But we had trouble to find a center spot that both shower and spray were turned off. So water was often dripping. All in all we have great experience during our stay.

A really high-class hotel. The view from the 10th floor is breathtaking (especially at night). The hotel was very clean, the staff was very helpful - I really wish other hotels I visited were at least close to this level. Very good breakfasts, wide selection. Good coffee. I sincerely recommend it.

Very goog location of the hotel.

Rooms were available prior to standard check-in time. Staff was super friendly and helpful. The property esthetically pleasing. The view from the pool deck is amazing. Breakfast buffet variety exceeded expectations!

The visit was very good and i would recomend visiting this hotel to friends and my family I look forward to go into other Leonardo hotels The only thing that was <> was that as i Think i mentioned before- why wasnt the pool and the <> open?? It was sunny and 20 degrees Celsius so i dont understand :))

Been there with my sister and mum and I’m very amazed and fascinated about the hotel. It was very clean and all workers there were super friendly. Can’t wait to come back.😊

We completely enjoyed staying at the hotel a. Sandra at front reception was very helpful a. went above a. beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. My phone broke and she helped me transfer the SIM card to another phone. Although it didn't work, I still appreciate her help and attitude. The hotel is modern, nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel was amazing, the location was great. The room I was allocated was amazing, clean and spacious. The noise was abit of a problem during nights and early mornings. No drinks were in the mini fridge either. It was also hard to tell whether it was shower gel, or shampoo in the shower as it didnt have a label on it to say “shampoo etc”. The room itself was very aesthetic and the service and staff 10/10! Absolutely loved the experience! They all spoke english as well and also accommodated to my room needs upon check in arrival. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The Hotel was lovely. Location was a bit out of the way though. We arrived early but the gentleman at reception did all he could to ensure that we got a room as quickly as possible. Much appreciated.

Well located for my purpose, with an excellent breakfast and spacious and quiet room! One small remark from a comfort perspective, is that I found the mattress to be a little too hard, but that is a very personal experience, other than that very clean and pleasant experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Fira. The staff were warm and friendly and were more than happy to help with any questions I had. When I told reception at check in that I wouldn't be having breakfast the next morning due to an early flight, they prepared me a packed lunch meal. This was a good mix of food and drink. Ham and cheese sandwich, yoghurt, orange, banana, cake, and orange juice. The room itself was beautiful and clean. Last but not least the hotel is conveniently located around 25-30 minutes walk to the sant jordi club which is excellent if you are in Barcelona for a concert like I was (Big Time Rush)🙂
