I will always look for a Leonardo hotel any location I visit. This is the second time using this hotel and they have been nothing short of Amazing ❤️ thank you for adding colours and joy to my Birthday celebration 🙏

Welcoming reception staff made a difficult day of travelling disappear, very informative, friendly and professional. The room was very comfortable and the climate control made my wife very happy. We stayed for three days and servicing of the room was excellent. The Buffet breakfast was good value for money, and catered for gluten intolerance. Location was perfect with many restaurants and supermarkets in the area and close proximity to L10 Metro, it would be my first choice of accommodation when visiting Barcelona again.

Really good place to stay. We was seeing a show at the palau sant Jordi and this hotel was ideal. Overall a fab weekend 😃

We completely enjoyed staying at the hotel a. Sandra at front reception was very helpful a. went above a. beyond to make our stay pleasant.

The lady at the reception was very helpful. My phone broke and she helped me transfer the SIM card to another phone. Although it didn't work, I still appreciate her help and attitude. The hotel is modern, nice and clean. We will definitely stay here again next time.

This hotel was amazing, the location was great. The room I was allocated was amazing, clean and spacious. The noise was abit of a problem during nights and early mornings. No drinks were in the mini fridge either. It was also hard to tell whether it was shower gel, or shampoo in the shower as it didnt have a label on it to say “shampoo etc”. The room itself was very aesthetic and the service and staff 10/10! Absolutely loved the experience! They all spoke english as well and also accommodated to my room needs upon check in arrival. Will definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for a beautiful stay.

The Hotel was lovely. Location was a bit out of the way though. We arrived early but the gentleman at reception did all he could to ensure that we got a room as quickly as possible. Much appreciated.

Well located for my purpose, with an excellent breakfast and spacious and quiet room! One small remark from a comfort perspective, is that I found the mattress to be a little too hard, but that is a very personal experience, other than that very clean and pleasant experience!

I really enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Royal Hotel Fira. The staff were warm and friendly and were more than happy to help with any questions I had. When I told reception at check in that I wouldn't be having breakfast the next morning due to an early flight, they prepared me a packed lunch meal. This was a good mix of food and drink. Ham and cheese sandwich, yoghurt, orange, banana, cake, and orange juice. The room itself was beautiful and clean. Last but not least the hotel is conveniently located around 25-30 minutes walk to the sant jordi club which is excellent if you are in Barcelona for a concert like I was (Big Time Rush)🙂

He helped me with my cruse to print out my booting pass, excellent service. Recommended it 100%.

Second time I‘ve stayed at Leonardo. Close/ next to the faire, great rooms, great breakfast, fitness room! I can‘t ask for more. Will definitely book my room there next year for the next ferry.

We spent a couple of nights here before continuing on to our final destination. Everyone and everything was great.

Hotel was very nice and clean.Very well located, near major sites. Food was great. Received excellent customer service from very one, specially Susanna at the front desk.

We were checked in by these extremely lovely, polite and professional staff - Rodgers, Mark & Yaun. Our stay was to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we were not only upgraded to a very beautiful room, the staff also gave us guide to where we could eat a local dish around the hotel. They were helpful to book a table for us and was just so friendly. They are such a credit to your company. We will come over and over again!

A rare hotel review with almost nothing but praise. Clean, spacious, well laid-out room for a family. Rooftop pool (unheated) with great city views. Friendly staff. Only slight downsides, it's a 30 minute walk or a taxi ride to Barcelona centre. And no decaff coffee and real milk in the room..

I chose this hotel because it was close to the concert venue. It’s located in a nice area, and I was able to get around Barcelona easily using public transport. There were a few restaurants near the hotel, but I preferred to eat in the city centre.

Such a great stay, receptionist helps us from day one. The restaurant and bar staff to include Jesse were amazing. Breakfast although not included to hotel stay was great for the value.

The hotel, services, and the status of the room, bar, cafeteria, etc., were really nice. The room was clean, and the bathroom had everything I needed. The only "but" is the shower. The pressure in the shower was very low and the water temperature was not hot enough (at least for me). The temperature in the room was very nice.

Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff was great. We were on a cruise so we booked this due to proximity to cruise port. We also stayed a few extra days to tour down town. A few times we rode the city bus to Downtown - no issues what so ever. Felt safe. We also took about a $10 cab ride to the closest hop on hop off stop. Both were hassle free! Wish rooms had usb c and usb a next to bed.

My son and I loved our time here whilst visiting the city for a Barcelona FC basketball game. The rooftop pool was a joy to watch the lightening storm over the city and the staff were super friendly. I wore my Boca Juniors football jersey and enjoyed friendly banter with River Plate fans working at the hotel. Highly recommended. 5 star!!

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the staff, the room, the food - everything was perfect. Special shout-out to the cleaning staff as the cleanliness of our room each day was impeccable. We chose here as we didn't want to stay central and took a short bus (maybe 10 minutes tops) to attractions each day and it was perfect for us as nice and quiet, and plenty of shops, a shopping centre and restaurants nearby. Wonderful location if you want something quieter. Thank you, we can't wait to come back someday!

A value for money hotel, close to the exhibition center, with a pretty good breakfast & average to bad lunch. Needs improvement in cleanliness, as well as more maintenance in the rooms. The glass door to the toilet is completely wrong (especially since it is next to the bed ...)

We spent 1-night when in transit between one transatlantic cruise, and a Mediterranean that started the next day. We were very pleased with our stay. Relatively close to the cruise port, location good but a bit far from many more popular tourist areas. Reception staff were excellent; had lunch in the hotels which was very good. Comfort Room was about average size for most European hotels of this class. Good Wifi, everything worked. Reception arranged out cab back to meet us when we checked out. Included breakfast was better than anticipate: full buffet with hot entrees as well as the usual items you would expect. We would definitely stay again,

We stayed in the hotel as we were attending a concert nearby. We arrived in the early hours, greeted by a friendly member of staff who made check-in easy. The location was close to the Olympic stadium. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The drinks robot made us laugh! Lemon beer was excellent and we'd love to stay again.
