Such a great stay, receptionist helps us from day one. The restaurant and bar staff to include Jesse were amazing. Breakfast although not included to hotel stay was great for the value.

Hotel is in a good location, easy public transport available. Friendly staff, good food and drinks available. Good pool and bar services. We recommend this accomodation.

Our room was clean, had a great slept with comfortable bed. Quite far from the city center, but near the metro stations and airport. It was good choice as we planned to watch football match, it’s walking distance to the Olympic Stadium.

Parking is expensive and breakfast should start earlier than 0700 for early flights.

It would have been excellent if we had had it in the room hairdryer, lotion after bath, something in the fridge (minibar), the phone to work and the coffee maker should not be broken (the remaining water flowed from it). But all this was not so important! We have had the beautiful view, the pool was nice! Easy to reach to bus-station. Near there were restaurants and teraces. Near by the Palau Sant Jordi for the concert. In a word we were impressed by this hotel!

Overall experience was great, room product it was very nicely accommodate. Bed and bedding very comfortable, shower very spacious. The only minus was time waiting for ordered food in the restaurant during evening. Definitely will come back!

A warm and welcoming stay - quite room with, immaculately clean and comfortable bed for a restful nights sleep. Reception/check in was first class.

Staff is really helpfull! Extremly friendly! Only You could change this wifi connection scheme. Autoconnection should be possible after log in.

We have stayed at a number of Leonardo hotels in London, so when we saw the option available in Barcelona it was a no brainer! Beautiful and clean hotel, really lovely staff. Super friendly and we’re super helpful with everything :) We had a gorgeous junior suite, freshly made bed and new towels daily too. The roof top pool and bar was also a nice touch, perfect lay out. We shall look forward to coming back!

Lovely deluxe room, clean modern and well made up each day. For us just a bit too far from the centre approx 30 mins in bus. If no need to go to Centre each day then all good. Staff on reception very helpful.

The hotel, services, and the status of the room, bar, cafeteria, etc., were really nice. The room was clean, and the bathroom had everything I needed. The only "but" is the shower. The pressure in the shower was very low and the water temperature was not hot enough (at least for me). The temperature in the room was very nice.

Rooms very clean and comfortable, staff was great. We were on a cruise so we booked this due to proximity to cruise port. We also stayed a few extra days to tour down town. A few times we rode the city bus to Downtown - no issues what so ever. Felt safe. We also took about a $10 cab ride to the closest hop on hop off stop. Both were hassle free! Wish rooms had usb c and usb a next to bed.

My son and I loved our time here whilst visiting the city for a Barcelona FC basketball game. The rooftop pool was a joy to watch the lightening storm over the city and the staff were super friendly. I wore my Boca Juniors football jersey and enjoyed friendly banter with River Plate fans working at the hotel. Highly recommended. 5 star!!

This hotel was absolutely perfect in every way. From the moment we arrived to the minute we left, the staff, the room, the food - everything was perfect. Special shout-out to the cleaning staff as the cleanliness of our room each day was impeccable. We chose here as we didn't want to stay central and took a short bus (maybe 10 minutes tops) to attractions each day and it was perfect for us as nice and quiet, and plenty of shops, a shopping centre and restaurants nearby. Wonderful location if you want something quieter. Thank you, we can't wait to come back someday!

A value for money hotel, close to the exhibition center, with a pretty good breakfast & average to bad lunch. Needs improvement in cleanliness, as well as more maintenance in the rooms. The glass door to the toilet is completely wrong (especially since it is next to the bed ...)

We spent 1-night when in transit between one transatlantic cruise, and a Mediterranean that started the next day. We were very pleased with our stay. Relatively close to the cruise port, location good but a bit far from many more popular tourist areas. Reception staff were excellent; had lunch in the hotels which was very good. Comfort Room was about average size for most European hotels of this class. Good Wifi, everything worked. Reception arranged out cab back to meet us when we checked out. Included breakfast was better than anticipate: full buffet with hot entrees as well as the usual items you would expect. We would definitely stay again,

We stayed in the hotel as we were attending a concert nearby. We arrived in the early hours, greeted by a friendly member of staff who made check-in easy. The location was close to the Olympic stadium. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The drinks robot made us laugh! Lemon beer was excellent and we'd love to stay again.

Cool hotel

I do not remember his name but he worked from 4 pm to 11 pm on 11.9 and 12.9, He was amazing, he laughed with me and he was a really cool guy

I fell sick during my stay and couldnt enjoy the amenities but the staff were very helpful and kind. I hope to come back to enjoy all the amenities I couldnt enjoy. The hotel is very neat and the rooms give value for money. I highly recommend.

Everything was great, but the only thing a didn't liked that, there was no lock on the bathroom door, which mean no privacy in the room. And I was surprised to know that hotel staff said that, in the whole hotel rooms there are no locks on the bathroom door.

The hotel was beautiful and clean. Location not far from public transportation. Initially was concerned about surrounding area, upon arrival, but the neighborhood was very safe.

Really nice hotel for a city break, everything was as expected and beyond. Good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms.

Since I also work in the hospitality industry, of course our first impression is how the receptionist greets us, and Julian did a great job with his friendly smile welcoming our slightly late arrival (with a small child), and providing very clear information with a bit of humor. There was a hair clip under our bed, we only found out when our son put the clip on his Bing doll's ear, it was nothing matter. The rest, we really enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend to our family and friends, and we will stay there again if we come back to Barcelona!

Stayed here for a short break in Barcelona with my 11 year old son. Great location, 15 min Uber ride from airport, very close to Foc Metro station where we could get to most of the main sights to see in around 40 mins and 2 or 3 train max. Was even really easy to get to the airport when we were leaving so didn’T. need to pay for another Uber. Check in is 15:00 officially. We wanted to drop our bags off and explore when we arrive about midday, the room was ready, so we checked in straight away and got to cool down and freshen up first. Room very clean and spacious, has everything you need. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but decent value. Didn’T. have lunch but an evening meal of tapas in the bar was excellent. My son loved the rooftop pool and I enjoyed relaxing on a lounger with a drink from the sky bar while he played. Nice seating and garden for chilling out too on another floor. Gym was handy too, my son used it every day. There were plenty of guests in the hotel but never felt crowded or too busy. Always plenty of places to sit, enjoy some food or drink and just chill.
