Good bus connections from airport and nice room. It has a minibar for your own products and safe. Because I do not want use capsule coffee maker, they friendly borrowed me a kettler, as I always bring with me instant coffee bags.

Very comfortable room with a great price. Room overlooked city and airport view yet was completely soundproof. Bed was wonderful. A new go to hotel next to the Zurich airport.

The staff at the reception were most helpful and guided us on how to use the travel App to tour around Zurich. They were patient and friendly and made our stay enjoyable. We booked a room with a sitting area. The room was nice with sufficient space. I enjoyed the apples that were served at the reception.

Definitely will use the hotel again. Only negative was the coffee pot that did not work. Had to get dressed and go to the lobby for a coffee at 0600.

Chose this hotel based on its proximity to the airport and business location. It turned out an excellent choice. Our rooms were very spacious, clean, well appointed and quiet. We booked a long time in advance, the rates were fine. Breakfast is good. The staff in this hotel is outstanding. Warmly recommend to stay at this hotel.

This 4 star hotel near the airport offers more quality and value than many 3 star hotels in downtown Zurich. The windows were amazingly soundproof with no airplane noise at all. We found a great Asian restaurant in a 3 minute walk, so it was perfect for our two night stay.

It wasn't until I turned 70 that I finally made my first trip to Switzerland. The day before I left for Korea after a ten-day trip, I stayed at the Leonardo Hotel, recommended by my son. I arrived a little early for check-in, but they allowed me to check in an hour earlier than the original time. I had lunch nearby, got my key, and checked into my assigned room. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and well-organized, making my last night incredibly comfortable. The proximity to the airport was also a plus. I don't know if I'll have another chance to visit Switzerland, but I definitely want to visit again and recommend this hotel to my friends. Thank you!!

The hotel is an excellent choice for anyone looking for accommodation near Zurich Airport. The bus stop is conveniently located right in front of the hotel, making it easy to reach both the airport and the city. The property is modern and very clean. The room size is ideal, and even the extra bed was spacious and comfortable. Hotel facilities are well-maintained and spotless. This was my second stay here, and I will definitely choose it again every time I visit Zurich.

The staff were exceptional—especially Marlen, who went above and beyond. The restaurant team was also incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, we had a wonderful time and truly appreciated the warm hospitality.

We needed a hotel close to airport due to early international flight. The Leonardo was perfect. Friendly staff, wonderful rooms, and bus stop to airport right across the street. We would definitely stay there again!

Very reasonably priced for a modern hotel very close to the Zurich airport (about 20 min walk or 2 min bus ride). I highly recommend for anyone traveling out of Zurich airport as a final stay before leaving. Staff was very friendly and helpful

all was nice and beautiful, but the eco friendly cooling system just didnt cool, i understand that it is not an air conditioner, but i would it expect it to cool off the room at least a bit... but it just didnt move the temp in the room even a drop! it stayed very hot in the room, even if it was on....

I stayed at this hotel only one night before my flight home. I’d previously paid far more for your nights in Zurich. If I ever return, I’d likely stay at this hotel, taking the co content train that runs directly to Zurich HB as this hotel is a much better value! Not only is there a bus stop directly across the street that’s a five minute ride to the airport (buses every few minutes), there are also direct trains between Kloten and Zurich HB, taking about 20 minutes. Very cheap tickets compared to the hundreds more I paid to be in Zurich. This hotel is great, a clean room with coffee maker, lots of space, excellent sound blocking windows, good shower with immediate hot water, and one of the best beds I had in Switzerland. Halls were very quiet! And there’s a Migros just five minutes walking that was calm and well stocked, probably the best one I visited in Switzerland. Overall, a great situation and stay - I definitely recommend!

We walked both directions from the airport and it was about a half hour to get from rental car drop off to the hotel, and about 20 mins to get from hotel to departures. There did seem to be a bus stop that was relatively close by which we didn't utilize. Uber had no problem finding us to take us into the city for the night. Staff were friendly and we were allowed into our room a half hour ahead of check-in without an additional fee. Room was clean and exactly what we needed at the end of our vacation to catch our plane home.

The staff was very friendly and helpful during both check-in and check-out. The room was in excellent condition, very clean and it exceeded my expectations. Would definitely recommend! Also very convenient location next to the airport.

The lady on reception when we checked in was excellent. We had experienced a cancelled BA flight and the previous 24 hours had been very fraught. This lady just made everything right and restored our faith in Human Nature! The whole experience was calming and memorable.
