We loved staying in our room even though for just one night. The room was extremely comfortable and clean. The staff was helpful and kind. The hotel is in the village of Klotten. There is a shuttle bus to the airport.

Staff were super helpful and pleasant especially the person who did my check out on the 10 July at 13.00. She told me about the Zürich card for travel, found the tram info to the boat on the lake and printed it out for me. She went over and above the call of duty.Another member of staff arranged the late check out which really helped me out. Overall hotel staff and hot we’re great.

Stayed 1 night at the Zurich airport. Clean, friendly, but the most uncomfortable pillows. Sounds silly, but the pillows don't match the quality of the hotel chain. Great hotel chain, terrible pillows.

Only stayed for 1 night but was impressed with the room size and amenities. Very clean, comfy and modern. The airport is an amazing place easy bus ride away, and you can easily get downtown as well. Highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in almost all regards. I would caution anyone who does not like an extra firm mattress, though. It was uncomfortable for me, and I actually prefer some firmness.

Nice hotel, the beds are comfortable, but the number of lights you have to turn off in the room is annoying. The breakfast is good, but the coffee could be better and there could be more cheese options. The fitness room is adequate, but somewhat limited. No free weights and only one treadmill. But at least there is one.

Super easy to reach from airport, even good for walking after a long flight, otherwise public bus stops right in front, spacious and very clean rooms, soundproof windows protect you from airport and traffic noises. Very good value for money!

I recently stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Zurich Airport and had a wonderful experience. The room was comfortable and well-appointed, providing a relaxing environment for a good night's sleep. The hotel's location near the airport made it incredibly convenient for my travels. Additionally, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, ensuring that my stay was pleasant from start to finish. Overall, a great place to stay if you need proximity to Zurich Airport combined with excellent service.

The night at Leonardo Hotel was relaxed. It was nearby a train station and very clean. The breakfast was also very delish. It could be a little more variety - but it was healthy. For one night the price was OK for CHF. Thanks for a great stay!

The hotel was clean and served its purpose well for a long layover. However, communication from staff before our arrival was lacking. I reached out days in advance asking about the best way to get from the airport to the hotel but never received a response. This led us to unknowingly take a $20 shuttle in the rain, thinking it was complimentary. An Uber would have been cheaper and easier if we had better guidance. Upon check-in, the staff was curt and offered no information about breakfast or other amenities, which made the experience feel a bit unwelcoming. Overall, the stay was fine, but better communication and hospitality would have made a big difference.

Was a great experience in the hotel. Has good accessibility to public transport and next to Airport. The staff were understanding and helpful.

Stayed just for one night between two flights by was nice and comfy, in excellent condition and clean. And close to the airport with really good bus connections just nearby.

Very handy for the airport - 15 minute walk is easily possible or numerous buses go past. Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. Very pleasing choice and quality at breakfast. Handy for train into Zürich from the airport or from Kloten station. Nice, modern room with window which opens for fresh air. Only complaint is the extremely hard mattresses!

My wife and I like to stay at a hotel near the airport when arriving and departing. This takes a lot of pressure off the travel "rush". We have stayed at numerous hotels in and near the Zurich and this is certainly our favorite. The rooms are clean and very comfortable. The hotel restaurant also made one of the best mixed green salads with mozarella ! We took them to our room with a bottle of wine and just chilled. It was exactly what we needed!

This is a nice hotel with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The breakfast has a good selection of food and the restaurant food is also very nice. The bar is a nice place to go for a drink as well.

Great Stay for a night before our flight

A very nice and comfortable hotel, in a good location. Very close to the airport but also in location that has shops, restaurants and grocery stores.

Great location, condition of the room excellent, connection to the Airport just a cross of the street. Room has a fridge and coffee machine. Restaurants and shops around the corner. Recommended 👍
