The hotel was very beautiful and comfortable, but what I appreciated most was the exceptional staff. Shortly after checking in, I realized I had left my backpack on the train. The receptionist was incredibly helpful; he helped me stay calm and explained exactly where to go at the station and what to say. He even gave me a hotel business card with their contact info in case I needed to provide a local phone number. Thanks to his support, I was able to recover my backpack with all my documents and valuables! The room itself was lovely, clean, and well-equipped. My only minor observation is that it felt a bit small for three people, but it was still a very pleasant stay. Regarding cleanliness, everything was impeccable except for one detail: my brother had to remove some hair from the shower drain because the water wasn't flowing properly, which was a bit unpleasant. However, the rest of the room was spotless. I definitely recommend this hotel and would stay here again! Thank you so much for everything!

The stay at the hotel was very good. The reception staff is excellent. The only thing that needs improvement is the internet signal, which was very weak and failing in room 102.

I stayed a few days over Christmas. As usual, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are nice and with the special deal I booked with, the room was good value for money. The hotel is located a bit outside the city center, which is reachable by tram within a few minutes. I stayed here several times already and was again very satisfied. Will very likely come again.

Great hotel, has everything we needed and was close to everything. Loved that there is a tram stop and supermarket right outside!

The staff were really good and helpful. They inform us that a renovation was taking place in the hotel and the working hours but it wasn’t loud at all..we didn’t hear anything! The Tram is 2 minutes walking distance from the hotel which was really helpful to return back from the centre because it was in small hill but if you want to walk to the centre is 20 minutes only.! So we walked to reach the centre and the tram to return back! Thanks for the good tips and for the overall stay.!

Hotel is located only a few tram stops from main station and is on the tram line that runs to the airport. We were able to take the #10 tram from the airport and get off 50-100m from the hotel. Room is compact but clean and beds are comfortable. We had a busy schedule and were not able to enjoy the other amenities the hotel had to offer.

Zurich is expensive...thus this hotel was value for money. location only 7 minutes on the tram to centre and tram line 100m from hotel so ideal. We didn't utilise breakfast so cant comment. Rooms was fine for two night stay. Very friendly team. Recommended. Aeron ;)

Hotel was quite good, really clean with extremely helpful and nice staff. Free water in the fridge everyday and cola on the first day. Refreshers at the reception every day. Comfortable beds, and amazing views from the balcony. There were no A/C which can be a bit problematic. After receptionists said no mosquitoes, we've left the balcony door open for the night and temperature was great.

Everything is so logical, wellplanning. In our room we have what we need to. Clean. In a normal in international standards. Our Zurich days were so rainy and Reception provided us an umbrella. We are so happy in Zurich and your hotel with my son. Your breakfast is also good beginning to a day, with fresh vegetables and typical delicious salami/ dairy products and vary kind of coffee. We made a good selection with Leonardo Boutique.

I enjoyed my stay at Leonardo Boutique Hotel Rigihof Zurich. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and comfortable. It’s a bit far from the city center, but the metro station is right nearby, making it easy to get around.

Hotel is good located, near ETH University, direct connection to the airport (line 10).

The gentleman who checked me in was very professional and helpful, excellent service.

I would like to thank Maya for helping us with all the requests and ensure that our stay was memorable at Zurich. Good room, some nice freebies in the room, free locker service and great support staff. Loved it.

On arriving the reception staff were lovely amd accommodatiing and we were given our room straight away. The only fault we found was the Dyson air conditioning unit was broken after telling the staff and leaving for a day out it had been replaced by the time we arrived back. The mini bar in the room was free which was a lovely touch. The church bells right opposite our room were a little annoying and loud and went off extremely early in the morning but obviously not the hotels fault. Overall couldn'T. fault the hotel at all staff were brilliant and helpful. Won'T. be returning to Switzeland anytime soon though unless I win the lottery never been somewhere so expensive in my life £7.50 for a box of cereal and £5 fir a bottle of Coke. Stunning Country but to rich for my blood.

The hotel was well connected to the city centre by tram No.10. We had a comfortable stay although some room facilities needed maintenance. Ex. Shades for lighting,. The staff provided assistance whenever requested.

If possible, She should be rewarded with best hospitality services

The hotel was in a great location, the staff was very communicative, the room well equipped and the breakfast very very good with a variety of choices.

From check in to check out i couldn't fault anything. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and couldn't do enough including early and late check-in/out. The room had everything you could need. I just wish we stayed longer. Really was a brilliant stay and highly recommend to anyone. Thank you again to all the hotel team.

Hotel's shabby conditions are down-grading its potential, unfortunately. My first highly positive impressions after pleasantly welcoming experience at the reception were rapidly reduced by overall lower quality of almost everything else (but my room was acceptably clean). Please pay attention to conditions of breakfast: it is clear that the Burger Boutique is a convenient partner but it is also clear that this is not their main business. Coffee machine is in poor condition (when I prepared my morning cappuccino, half of milk just sprayed all around but not in my cup), 'recycled' food at the cold buffet...

Everything thing is very thoughtful for the customers. Staff are helpful and friendly. The complementary mini bar is excellent. A Dyson fan is provided. Nothing to complain at this price level. Highly recommended.
