The room was clean, 3 coffee capsules were left for 2 days, only 4 tissues were left in the tissue box. Very uncomfortable beds, mattresses were made of foam, it was impossible to sleep. Everything is good, center, shops nearby. I do not recommend it only because of the mattresses.

We were in town for the K show 2025. The Leonardo hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent and made our stay very pleasant. And enjoyable 10 to 15 minute walk put she either at Allstar or the high-end shopping market. In all, I would stay here again.

The Hotel is very close to the cicty center and very well comunicated. The rooms were very clean and the staff very kind.

Always nice welcoming and very service minded staff, both front-desk, housekeeping, breakfast team, etc.

Very nice hotel, centrally located, rooms are modern and quite spacious although I would prefer the bathroom to be a little bigger. Location is ideal but a bit noisy. Breakfast was good. Would stay again!

Hotel Leonardo Royal Hotel Düsseldorf Königsallee is the best choice you may have at Düsseldorf Central. Close to Kö, Altstadt and the beautiful Market.

Very close to old town and shopping area. No need transport in that area, everthing was on walking distance. Reception stuff were very helpfull. Breakfast was very good.Rooms are very clean and space wise was very good.

Easy to find and convenient for transport options. Staff all friendly, bags kept prior to check in. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Used sauna a few times, it was immaculate. Breakfast taken once, it was decent enough. Was a bit concerned with the elevators nearest my room, they were a bit erratic and made some strange noises. Choices on TV in room were poor, I noticed SkySports in the bar area, can that not be piped to the bedrooms?

Arrived very early after a n early flight with my son. Hoped to leave our luggage in storage until check in time while exploring the city. We were advised our rooms were ready and could check in. This was very much appreciated and unexpected. It meant we could freshen up before heading out on our adventures. All the staff we spoke to were very helpful and friendly. Our rooms were clean and well equipped. The hotel is well located for exploring Dusseldorf and the surrounding area. Close to public transport links. I hope to return to Dusseldorf again in the future and will definitely return to this hotel.. Thank you for making our visit great <3

Nice location, very convieniant stay, friendly staff

Second time I have stayed at the Leonardo Royal and I will stay there again. Overall it is very good. Only negatives are there are no tea facilities in the room! I always have to bring my own and on this occasion the fridge in the room had not been cleaned.

First time stay at the Leonardo and was impressed with the standard and quality of the hotel.

Have stayed at Leonardo Royal many times and we love it here. Reception staff are always helpful and aim to satisfy any requests. Have stayed at other hotels in Dusseldorf to us this is the best for value and service would not stop anywhere else.

It was rainy and windy outside, but since we stayed on holiday at this hotel, the weekend has gone by anyway

A very well located hotel. Very good staff. Good breakfast, choice and quality. Perhaps the corridors and the rooms in need of a little refresh. But as you're not in them much the pluses, outweigh that. I would happily recommend this hotel.

Close to city center and the office I needed to be, this hotel was priced great and value for money is good.

Just check and fix the mattresses issue .

We arrived early but we were allowed to check in ahead of normal check in time, which was excellent. We found the location of the hotel ideal, 15 mins walk from train station, 5 mins from Konigsallee and 10 mins from Alt stadt. The only issue we found was that the air con was not particularly good. We had to open the windows for cool air, but the road was noisy most of the time. The room came with tea/kettle and coffee pod machine with plenty of condiments. We both enjoyed our stay in the hotel and would definitely choose this hotel for our next stay in Dusseldorf.

The hotel was great value for money. The coffee at breakfast wasn’t great however, but this is a small detail. Staff were lovely and the room was pleasant. The view was disappointing - the back of the hotel is not very pleasant and more could be done to improve the garden area. However, staff were very helpful and we had a lovely stay. Great location too.

Hello We stayed in two rooms as a family, the beds were extremely hard, we had difficulty sleeping, for your information. We stayed in a deluxe room, an important issue. It was not good for us. Other than that, everything was fine, thank you.
