A decent hotel that provides a good location for the price, with it being near the central station there are a lot of public transport options nearby. However the 'places to be' always require a commute of around +/- 10-20 minutes depending on where you want to go.

Betina is very commited with the guests needs.

Excellent hotel. Very clean, good central location, the main train station is nearby, also supermarkets.The lobby is nice and very inviting, the rooms have quality mattresses. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends.

Overall great business hotel!

If I have to come back to Vienna, I would definitely go to this hotel because it is very close to the airport and the city center. The proximity is very great. The room is clean, the staff is nice however, we have been bothered a few times by the cleaning staff which is disrespectful so I would recommand you to be careful.

I sell hotels for my clients, this is my industry. Overall great location and brand new property. We stayed 3 nights. However .I feel that it was not enough environmentally friendly. Bathroom, it should have been an option to change the towels or not everyday . Bathroom, shampoo, hand wash liquid device. It was so hard to get it out of the bottle that I had to pull it out and dismantle everytime I washed my hands . That was the main issue I had, apart of that . All good

Overall very happy with the hotel. The location is perfect, is exactly opposite from the central train station of vienna. You can pick up any public transportation right outside of the hotel. Its very clean, the bed mattresses are in great condition, large TV in the room, the curtains block all the sun light. The breakfast was very good. A wide selection of choices for all food preferences (fruits, croissants, coffee, whole grain bread, white toast, cheese, spreads, veggies, eggs etc), Unlimited supply of clean water in the lobby for the entire hotel. Common use toilets in the lobby very clean and spacious. There is availability for luggage drop off until your flight. All the staff were polite. A great experience, would totally recommend!

All was good for us and we have a pleasant stay at hotel. Super friendly staff (kudos to Eleni) and very good facilities. Nice decorative spaces located near every attraction because of the public transportation very close to the hotel. Bravo guys!

The hotel's location is excellent. It was great to be next to the central station. When you take a shower, the water flows out and the place gets wet. This was not nice. Water spills out during showers. This needs to be fixed. Other than that, everything was very good quality.

Great location right next to the main station, clean and comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. Perfect base for exploring Vienna. Would happily stay again!

The hotel is literally 2 mins walk from Vienna Central Station which made it extremely accessible for our early train. The room was clean and mattress was very comfortable, had a really good sleep. The only thing we did not like was that we only had half of toilet paper, although the room was for two persons. Lucky we did not run out :))

We enjoyed our stay at the Leonardo, which is located close to the central train station and about 30 min walk into the city centre. Hotel was very clean and everything needed for a comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Spotlessly clean, well appointed, reasonably priced and extremely well situated for travel in and out of Vienna.

Our stay started with an unpleasant experience, as our room heating didi'n work and we had to wait until 9 pm in order that the staff try unsuccesfully to fix it. The second room was ok, except for the coffee machine which didn't work properly and the cleaning staff how could never do the job before late in the afternoon when we were in the room, so we never had the room cleaned for our four days stay . We sincerely believe that until next year, when we hope to come for the third time, those issues will be managed.

Everything was like described on the website. The information provided before our arrival was very appreciated and also the online check-in saved us time on our arrival and check-in at the hotel. The room was great, I especially liked the bed (the mattress was not soft and very comfortable) and the coffee machine in the room. The staff was really nice and everything was very clean. We did not have breakfast at the hotel because we were not hungry after a big dinner the night before, so I cannot say anything about it. I definitely can recommend the hotel!

Fabulous hotel in a great location for transport around Vienna - no more than 5min by underground from the central tourist sites.

It was a pleasant stay. We really enjoyed. Alexander that did our check in was very nice and professional. As well the gentleman in breakfast clearing up the dishes from the tables, sorry dont know his name, but he also was very helpful and deserves a mention as well.

I booked Leonardo entirely because of its location, right next to the main railway station. It's immaculately clean with good reception, lounge and bar area. The bedroom was spacious, spotlessly clean, comfortable and well designed, everything provided. Staff are all super. Breakfast is impressively generous and varied. Good value for money. A very pleasant two-night stay.

I had a very good stay at the hotel. The staff were kind and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the service was excellent. Everything went smoothly during my time here. The only small thing that could be improved is the breakfast — it was good, but I would rate it 8 out of 10. A few more options or fresher items would make it perfect. Overall, I’m very satisfied and thankful for the stay!

Leonardo Hotel is an excellent choice for a stay in the convenient Central Station area. It is 100 meters away from the entrance, enough to be unaffected by the constant bustle of the Station but more than close enough to be convenient. My room was wonderful - spacious and well-appointed with an extremely comfortable bed, plenty of drawer and hanging space, comfortable desk, and with no sound from outside. I would heartily recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable business or leisure stay in Vienna.

It is located in near Wien HbF only 2-3 min and easy to access tram or subway, so easy to visit many attractions with in 10-20 min. Staff are friendly and my checkin and checkout process were so smooth. Breakfast was great with various choice of food and friendly staff. One bad thing is tablet(replacing phone to contact the hotel) was not work and even I requested cleaning my room, the shampoo was not filled and there was no way let the staff just trash the bins and replaced towels. But strongly recommended!

The pillows in the room are horrible. You could spend a little more and put normal pillows like feathers. The pillows are definitely cheap even though the room was excellent.

Nice, cozy hotel near the main train station, metro and buses. Free water at the lobby, tea and coffee in the room by nespresso machine Also VAL1 Bus goes and comes direct the Vienna Airport, Tram D goes round city.

Modern hotel, very well planned and maintained. Rooms pleasant but not extras- eg no hair conditioner Hairdryer soso. Stool in bathroom would have been nice- to sit to dry hair for one thing. Coffee maker in room but kindly gave us kettle as we like tea. All staff pleasant but breakfast team outstanding.
