The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, and nicely furnished. Breakfast was good, our room was spacious, we had a couple of maintenance points that still need addressing. 1 the toilet flush kept turning on and just running spontaneously. It was reported and when we returned to the room later that day it had stopped. However it kept happening and we figured out the way of flushing several times to stop it. 2. the bathroom door kept sticking on the floor. We physically lifted it up with the handle and the door cleared the floor. Something obvious to those who service the room but in need of attention. Room 410. To be honest those are minor points, easily fixable and we would happily return to the hotel.

We had a lovely stay at The Leonardo Boutique Monti. A beautiful hotel on a quiet street away from all the crowds. The rooms are nice, spacious and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing (one of the best we have had) and overall I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are coming to Rome. Only slight disappointment was that there was no room service (food) or snacks in the bar available as was stated on paperwork left in our room, but we overcome it by one of us popping out to get takeaway one night (9year old son was too tired from walking to go out for dinner). Would stay again though!

From arriving at the hotel we were made to feel welcome. Storage for our luggage pre check in. Room was clean and tidy. Only complaint was the lack of a kettle for hot water and top up of the coffee pods, although that really wasn't a problem. Fridge didn't work but it was fixed while we were out. Preference is for a separate shower and bath but the shower was very good.

Awesome hotel. Everything went well. Did not use the breakfast, as we wanted to explore some caffès in the area. The hotel is located in a great area, close to a lot of amenities, and close to the colosseum. The hotel was very clean, with a few areas needing attention. (particularly the back elevator leading to the courtyard/breakfast area). Apart from that great stay.

The only negative I found was the poor state of bathroom fittings

Had a fantastic stay here! My partner and I arrived early due to flight times, we asked if we could leave our luggage and pop back later to check in, instead we got a free upgrade to a bigger room! I wish I could remember this staff member’s name who gave us the upgrade, but she was fantastic. Every member of staff from every department that we interacted with during our stay was incredibly lovely and friendly and very attentive. From giving us a free room upgrade, to helping us organise transport back to the airport for our early morning flight, they were all happy to help! The room was lovely, good size, clean, and the bed was so comfortable. The housekeeping staff did a great job of maintaining the room, and were so friendly every time we walked past, always saying hello with a smile. The location was excellent, within walking distance of all the main tourist attractions, and a lot of good bars and restaurants near by. The only thing I can’t review is the bar and restaurant as we did not use it as we were trying restaurants near by during our stay, but we were given a discount when checking in, which was very much appreciated. Cannot recommend this place enough, and when we return to Rome in the future, we will definitely be staying here!

Very memorable and comfortable stay at hotel. Location was extremely handy with easy access by walk to nearby famous monuments in Rome. Breakfast and cleanliness was epic. Entire hotel staff was very helful, polite and professional. My entire family loved our stay at hotel. Welldone.
