Great location great value for money and great hospitality

Good hotel in a good location with super friendly and helpful staff

I had a great stay at this hotel and really enjoyed my experience. Everything went very smoothly from start to finish. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and whenever we had questions or small issues, they were always helpful and supportive. The hotel is located in a very central area, which was perfect for our trip. We could easily reach many places on foot, and there were plenty of shops, restaurants, and event venues nearby. The hotel was very clean and well maintained. We only had breakfast during our stay, but it was delicious and offered a good selection. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future.

We had a great time- everyone was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and rooms were very clean. The hotel was in a great position, so we could walk to most places.

Ilia was very nice and patient

Everything was very good except for one thing you should pay attention to. One evening there was a party on the lobby level until the wee hours of the night. We stayed on the first floor and it was really terrible. The music was like inside the room. It was impossible to sleep until the party was over.

The service was fantastic and exceeded my expectations. I especially want to mention the lovely Miss Lucia; she truly deserves a million marks f. her kindness, cooperation, and the way she provided me with every comfort. She was more than just a hostess; she made me feel like the lady of the house, welcoming me like a guest in her own home. I will definitely return to this place a thousand times.

The hotel is an easy walk to and from the train station, as well as to many of the tourist sites one would want to reach on foot. The staff were exceptional - helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the morning was stellar and had everything a picky eater (or not) could want. The room was comfortable and apportioned well for a small European hotel room. The thank-you treat upon checking out was a nice touch. The mini-fridge in the room is a nice touch, but doesn't keep things cold - just lukewarm. Which is fine because it is in Europe, and lukewarm is the thing. The hotel is expensive. I realize you're paying for convenience, and I did go during Christmas Markets, so of course, rates are going to be high. I am not sure it was worth the cost of the room, tho, solely for the location. The room was fine, but the cost did not match "fine."

Our stay at NYX Hotel Prague was really pleasant, the hotel is amazingly located and the staff are so kind that you feel very welcomed. The breakfast was delicious, keep it up like that because it was our #1 reason to get up early hahaha.

The bed was inconvenient - the mattress, the pillow and the fact that instead of a double bed we received two mattress put next to each other.

He welcomed us and treated us like a family, he got good energy I'm from room 504 - eliran Y.

the staff, the meals, the cleaning ,bathroom accessories -all OK and MORE- but the bed spoiled the mood

The hotel is beautiful, clean, and designed to a very high standard. The service was friendly, the staff was professional, and the overall experience was truly enjoyable. The room was a bit smaller than expected, but still comfortable and pleasant. If I can offer one small suggestion, it would be to add a more personal touch at check-in: recommendations for places to visit in the city, events, restaurants, or even a suggested route for exploring. Small perks like discounts at partner places or events for hotel guests could take the experience from great to perfect. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would be happy to come back.

Excellent location 2 min. walk from the main shops street of the old town and 5 min. walk from the Palladium mall. It's also quite near the subway train stations. Despite location the hotel was quite peaceful. Hotel looks very impressive from the inside (see photos). Room was very functional and missing nothing, including a mini bar and a safe box. Room and hotel were very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Klara helped us book a room in the middle of the night after we had some issues at our other accommodations. She was fantastic and saved our trip. She was one of the most memorable parts of our Prague trip because she was so personable and amazing!

Really enjoyed the location, close to all our meetings and the bar was a very relaxing area. Rooms were functional and very comfortable !

Great hotel, good location, friendly team

Hotel was amazing and the location and staff especially Lewis was the best. He definitely made my little city break amazing.

We were welcomed by the lovely reception team. We felt that we were truly welcomed and taken cared of. The card with the welcome message, the wine and food and the upgrade made our stay really special. The breakfast was generous and had lots of options. The bed, Omg the bed.. the most comfortable bed ever! We slept really well! We. The location is also very convenient. We will definitely come back for sure and will recommend the place to our friends and families and anybody who will visit prague. Overall it has been truly amazing stay! Thank you Nyx Prague, you made our holiday truly special.

The staff at Heath Hotel is wonderful, attentive, especially I must mention the receptionist Ilya, who made us feel unforgettable, I must also mention the receptionist Veronica and the new employee Sergey, who are charming, professional, attentive, and the restaurant employee Lilian, who gave us exceptional service, a huge thank you to all the hotel staff for an excellent experience.

We loved our visit. Modern, clean and comfortable hotel. Well placed for visiting Prague’s cultural and historical places as well as close to restaurants and bars. Would definitely return and wholly recommend to others.

very refcomended hotel! very halpfully staff, very clean, best located. the only reson that the hotel got 9, becouse of the size of the room. otherwise, every thing was exelent! (well, the size of the rooms cant be change) we sure will return to NYX every time will be in prage.

Very well situated hotel in Prague city, everything you want for a short stay. Only downfall would be the aircon was a bit noisy and if you opened the window the traffic noise was high. Also some extra coffee was needed.

We had an excellent stay. Check-in and out was smooth and hassle free and the reception staff were very helpful and gave good advice. The hotel is in a perfect location for easy access to the sights, bars, restaurants and shops that Prague has to offer.
