Fab place , warm people & good value for money hotel with amazing connectivity

Stayed for 5 night and it’s was perfect. Hotel location is good, staff are very nice.

We had a great stay here but needs a bit of modernisation ie USB ports. Bar and restaurant area was really good, ate dinner here on 2 occasions but menu could be a bit more varied. Room was fine but there was a smell in the bathroom that wasn't pleasant. Only drawback is 10 mins walk to the U-bhan and then 8 stops to old town but the area hotel is situated has a Lidl next door and 2 breakfast places. And a few mins walk there are a few restaurants and bars and coffee places. Would highly recommend getting a weekly M pass for the trains (U and S bahn) even if you are only there for a few day as you will make use of it due to the location of hotel. But a great stay, friendly staff, good food and drink... and sweets at reception!

I had a great time at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city. I would recommend it without hesitation.

The best lady in reception is yen or yin. Others very serious and no even smile. It looks they dont like thier job. Sorry to be honest

The first night wasn't so great, I just wanted to sit and have a beer and one of the bartenders/waiters told me I had to sit at a table to get served and not the bar. But, overall, it is a very nice restaurant and very clean and food/beverage was tasty!

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was delicious. However, some incorrect information online and on the in-suite tablet regarding laundry services and price of breakfast. We were disappointed to learn that laundry services are no longer offered. Online it says they are, and the in-suite tablet states the same. We had travelled through Wurope for a week prior to our stay here, and had been planning to get our clothes washed for the remainder of our trip. Also, the in-suite tablet states breakfast is €17 but it is actually €19

Excellent hotel with modern facilities and well maintained. Great breakfast and bar area.Just be aware, if driving to the hotel, it is in the low emissions zone of Munich so a valid eco sticker is required.

Nice Hotel in the south of Munich. But the bus stop in front of the hotel. Go go to Harras were you take the Metro, and you are in the centre in around 20 min.

Great hotel. Very helpful and friendly staff who made you feel extremely welcome and nothing was too much. Location was good - 10 min walk from U-Bahn and 15 min then from Marienplatz. Car park was secure and relatively cheap. Would definitely stay there again.

We spend 3 nights here and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Room is beautifully designed and clean. Location is perfect, bus station is next to the hotel. Breakfast served at a restaurant with good food. Everything you need for a perfect getaway. Highly recommended!

Nice place very well maintained

I would like to recommend some improvement points... - the rooms should be a little bit comfortable to ensure a work experience - currently, working from the room it is a bit challenge due to the table and chair that the room offers. - the smell of the liquid soap is bad... It should be improved! - finally, an iron should be available to the guests... Bringing clothes to the be ironed to another floor or a service room it is not comfortable. Or at least, every floor should have one service room available.

Very good location close to the U3 and extremely friendly staff. Rooms are well designed.

A very pleasant and spacious hotel, they already opened up the sofa bed for us to use. One small downside is there weren't many sockets for us to charge our phones and tablets (we're a group of 4),but other than that it's the perfect hotel to stay at. The bus stop is directly in front of the hotel!

Nice hotel. New, and therefore very clean. We liked the artwork in the corridors, the room and the lobby. The breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful.

Great, I decided to stay longer. The bed is a stone, despite that. Totally appreciate the friendly staff. Hope that next time the "robot" 8888 works

Stayed for 10 nights and all I can say is that NYX Munich is my home away from home. Staff are so professional and yet friendly. Hotel location is superb, rooms are kept clean, breakfast is so good. We were three adults staying in the Heaven Suite. The room was very spacious, clean and quite, but a bit too warm. The AC was not able to lower the temperature by more than half a degree over several hours. The toilet does not have a sink, you have to cross the room to wash your hands in the bathroom. The normal beds were quite good. The sleeping couch a bit squeaky. Sauna was small but nice. All in all a pleasant stay.

Stayed for 4 night at NYX Munich and all I can say that my stay was magnificent. Rooms are kept clean, staff are professional and friendly. Breakfast selection is fantastic. Good value for money. Great place to stay whether for vacation or business trip

Just stayed one night on the way to the Alps. Really good hotel - everything worked as expected. There were no space for parking. We were lucky that someone was leaving so we could use his space. Also it should be mentioned on the booking.com is that parking is paid. Restaurant: They are specialised in the burgers - there were no options for kids (like pasta...). Also the burger we ordered was fine but nothing special.
