Very enjoyable stay, great choice of food and value for money. Ideal location on the seafront with stunning views

The Leonardo royal hotel was perfectly situated in a beautiful cove. The facilities were gorgeous, particularly the pool, (although the sunbeds need replacing!) and the room and hotel was generally clean. The only room for improvement I think would be a bit of interaction, conversation and just an occasional smile from the staff would have gone a long way. They just seemed there to get the job done, rather than improve the experience for the customer.

We have stayed 3 times over 5 years and with Leonardo now taking over I would expect the hotel to be of a higher specification and condition, but not at the cost to customer. Needs to be lean managed and deliver to the right standard, I will give it 1 more visit and see if I would return after that. The sea front location and bathing is the biggest feature, but could do with decking making safe and tidying. Good visit but with the staff you have and location this could be amazing!

Great location for beach, restaurants, shops and promenade all around the bay. Beautiful views from terraces and room balcony. Room very quiet. Bed very comfortable and beautifully clean bedding. TV worked well. Area's within the hotel to be quite or to have entertainment and the same on terraces. Staff at reception very helpful and no language problem.

Only thing I was very disappointed with was entertainment there should be less bingo

Pros: All staff were so helpful and friendly. Hotel entertainment was good and the bar staff were extremely attentive. The location was perfect, very close to shops, bars, restaurants and the beach was right on the doorstep! Quiet location and you couldn’t hear any of the hotel entertainment on the 3rd floor. Cons: No climate control in the rooms. The food was as expected, bland and tasteless but it kept us fed on the days we stayed at the hotel. 10:30 check out is too early.

Oh how I miss Leonardo Royal Already. It was everything. Our room which I believe was the family deluxe had an amazing view. I loved the views from my balcony. Staffs were amazing. Right from checking in to checking out. Everything was 10/10. All inclusive was top notch. From breakfast, lunch, dinner. Snack bar by the pool side, we’re all amazing. 10/10. I really really enjoyed my stay. The night time activities were all lovely too. Oh I Will definitely come back. Enjoyed every bit of my stay there. The hotel had the best views and I was in love THANK YOU Leonardo Royal.

Santiago was just lovely! He made us laugh all the time a. made sure that we had everything that we needed. He was helped by Juanma who was also very lovely a. helpful. What a great team.

Really enjoyed our week here. Most of the staff were incredibly friendly and couldn’t do enough for us to make our stay enjoyable. Food was varied and we could always find something to suit us. Evening entertainment was mediocre but there was plenty to entertain us in nearby venues. The only thing to spoil the trip was the very noisy hens and stags, especially those banging on doors in the middle of the night. But then we are next to Magaluf so our bad 🙈

Had a lovely long weekend with friends, lovely clean hotel with a well prepared huge offer for breakfast, just a 2 minute walk to the beach, restaurants & bars. 🥂🥂

Hotel has spectacular views and room and restaurant were clean but since our last visit we noticed the pool area has become very tired and beds worn . On our previous visit the glass around the pool area was cleaned regularly but on this occassion was not cleaned once . Also some of the decking area towards the pool bar broken and need some repairs .

Excellent all round, so good we have booked to stay again in October

Lovely hotel and spot. Had best of both worlds with the location. The room was a little dated and cleaning I wouldn’t have said was to the highest standard, but was acceptable. Beds were comfy enough, but the food and the spot made our holiday. Ease of accessing everything- both pools Were nice enough. Loved the views. We honestly had the best time and I would 100% go back again.

Made the breakfast experience even better!

We were very impressed from arrival. Can’t think of anything that we can complain about. Room was great for the 3 of us. Lifts are a bit small but that’s the most I can say! We will definitely come back.

Been a regular at this hotel for approx 27 years the staff are so polite and helpful abd good to see the staff who have been there many of the years we have been going

Been coming to this Hotel for many year’s its position,food quality and the main reason is the amazing staff.Big shout out to to Gala, Carolina, Carol,Christian,Ernest and Aranges in reception, In the restaurant Leandro runs a great team especially Santiago,Jain Ma,.In the Bar, Toni,Cepree ,Francisco, Youlandar,Paco,Felix all brilliant Thanks to everyone there who makes it special for us,

We have stayed here for several years now and it’s great to be recognised by the staff and warmly welcomed. We are glad that the drinks all inclusive is back old style, not just with meals. The only disappointments were that Gordon’s gin is no longer stocked but the local gin was pleasantly acceptable and we felt the choice of food at evening meal could have been better. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully we’ll see you again soon.

Super friendly staff, felt very welcomed. It was a great choice for our holidays. Would love to had vegan options to not need to go to Aldi to buy vegan protein. Took men3 days to bee able to talk to the Chef, staff tooke note but had no options

The hotel reception staff were so helpful on arrival . The location is fantastic . Myself and friends highly rated the hotel and all the staff . My only point would be the cocktails . The machine ones were not nice .

This was a lovely surprise. The holtel staff were so helpful and friendly. The food was amazing! Would stay here again.

We were visiting as a couple and we had upgraded to the deluxe (bigger balcony and sea view) which was 100% worth it the view is incredible. Staff were very friendly, especially Santiago in the main restaurant. The location is great, rooms are spacious and clean, huge selection of food and drink. Only downside was the main bar doesn’t start serving drinks until 4pm, although you’ve got the poolside bar all day it would have been nice to sit at the main bar for a drink in the day. Another positive, we checked out in the morning but our flight wasn’t until evening but they let us keep our bands and we were able to use all the facilities and restaurant.

We had an absolutely wonderful full board holiday! From the moment we arrived, every member of staff was amazing – so polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful. A special mention must go to the reception, housekeeping and restaurant teams, who went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. In particular, Santiago truly stood out – always greeting us with a warm smile, offering helpful information, and making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. His attention to detail and kindness made a real difference, and we felt so well looked after throughout our stay. 10 out of 10 point for Santiago from our group. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We can’t wait to come back

Reception Staff was amazing to move our room. Yolanda omg she works so hard and is so lovely with the guests. Santiago made us 3 ladies in our late 60’s feel so welcome and checked every meal time we were ok. Jose was always so pleasant and often carried our drinks for us. All the staff were very pleasant they are all a credit to the company.

The animation team were great with my teenage boys doing shooting and darts, all of the staff were just fabulous, food super, location stunning.

Overall excellent stay !! Pool side view was amazing. Manuel bar staff employee over in suite hotel is a great guy !

Lovely hotel in a great location overlooking Palma Nova beaches. Clean rooms and all public areas and facilities are very well looked after. Pool and snack bar area are immaculate. Staff all very helpful but Alberto was excellent with the kids doing archery and rifle shooting and always had a smile on his face.
