Great hotel and location. Staff very professional and friendly. You had to get up early to queue for a sunbed and there did not seem to be enough for everyone. Pool could be a bit cleaner. Lifeguards were very good and removed those people who were not guests at the hotel. Be aware there is a public walk way past the pool area. Overall a fantastic stay at the hotel. Woukd recommend and definitely return.

Very good hotel, only thing i was dissapointed at was booked sea view room and got tiny bit of sea view with big tree blocking most of it on the 2nd floor

Nice hotel, good location and friendly staff.

We had a great time, helped by Ernesto and Santiago. Our room was lovely and apart from ants on the balcony, very clean. Unfortunately, as explained above we were unable to get sunbeds as all the loungers were taken with grey towels and no one sitting on them. Despite a sign saying this wasn’t possible.

Fabulous holiday, great food, excellent helpful staff. Had a wonderful time, definitely going back.

Lovely hotel, only two points is mark down for was not enough sunbeds or needs a better system to allocate in mornings. Too many arguments over them and now shallow end of the pool for shorter guest who don’t have step access to kids pool

We thoroughly enjoyed yet another stay at the Leonardo. The location is amazing, staff are very friendly, breakfast was superb (we were only b&b) and the cleanliness of communal areas was spotless. Only minor issues are that I would say rooms are looking a little worn now, and the sunbed situation needs to be altered. Crazy in the mornings, and lots of the sun beds and umbrellas are in desperate need of repair. However, we will definitely be back, again!

Family holiday, first time to Majorca and we had an absolutely amazing time, from start to finish the staff were super friendly and welcoming, hotel was super clean and well maintained from our rooms to all the facilities. The food was excellent, lots of choices evedyday, something for all the family, two young children with us 7 & 13 and they were always happy with the selections on offer. A big thank you to All the team working very hard to make guest feel great and a special thank you to Santiago and team, we will be coming back.

Absolutely brilliant hotel. Will definitely be here again. However, all inclusive food could have been better. Drinks were good, however I think if we do come again it will be self catering

Stayed here for 4 nights with family. It was great. We were in building across the road. It was quiet and great selection of lunchtime food. Would go to main pool later in day and then dip in the sea. Just a lovely trip. Will definitely be back.

All staff were amazing, all very polite and tried their best to accommodate everything. The entertainment was great at the hotel and we made use of most activities including Rifle shooting, water volleyball and kayaking. Massive thanks to Alberto who kept us entertained. The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from palmanova and Magaluf beach, and multiple supermarkets near. The food changed daily for dinner and we enjoyed the majority. We had an amazing holiday, would definitely recommend.

Was with all my adult children. Had a lovely time. Negatives for me were not enough parasols which meant people were like savages to get sun beds. (Went with a pregnant daughter in-law who needed to be covered) Not enough lighting on balcony were families were playing cards to dark. Overall lovely time

Everything was 10/10 apart from the shower leaking everyday and flooding the bathroom! The stay was perfect

Great hotel, lovely stay for a long holiday or weekend away, only problem was the getting a sunbed & parasol as people are queuing for them in the morning. Room was lovely, amazing view from our balcony. Great selection of food and drink

We had an enjoyable 10-day stay. Overall, it was a nice holiday. Great view from our room, overlooking the sea. Very friendly and helpful staff, good position of the hotel also. The hotel needs more sun beds, not enough for the size of the hotel. I found the pool configuration a bit odd, but understand you are limited on space and obviously knew this before booking. The steps down to the sea from the pool area, need to be made more user-friendly to help get in and out of the sea, as it is very rocky. Some bits in our room needed some attention, bits of painting having been missed, etc. Overall, an enjoyable stay, I would certainly say to stay here as overall it is nice, only 3 / 4 min walk to the beach and the bars/restaurants over looking the beach

Leonarodo hotel made our stay extra special by providing us with an upgrade with a large balcony with sun loungers and a gorgeous view of Palma nova and also left us a bottle of Prosecco! The pool area is Lovley well kept and the breakfast selection is great! We also had our evening meal included but did not eat in much as there were so many gorgeous restaurants to choose from in the resort. The meal we did have there was great selection. Would definitely recommend this hotel and will return

Very clean and organized, location is great and the food variety is good.

We had a wonderful break with many positives. The location to the town was ideal and we especially enjoyed the theme restaurant nights. The suites pool was quiet it would be great to invest in some new sun-loungers as these were really uncomfortable and also a life guard capable of the job. All the staff were amazing but unfortunately the life guard was particularly nasty but also disappeared for ages or didn’t look up just playing on his computer. I would have been concerned if my children were younger as didn’t look or seem like he would be able to save anyone. The guy at the suites bar was friendly and reception went above and beyond to make it an amazing break.

The views from the bar terrace are wonderful. The staff are super helpful and friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing stay. Next time, I wouldn’t book an apartment as we were all inclusive and didn’t need a kitchen. I would rather have a larger bedroom.

The staff was always so helpful and thoughtful and everybody was very efficient and organised! The location of the venue was amazing, 2 minutes walk to the beach and 1 min walk to the pool. We did not have a car and we still managed to book tours with the hotel for a reasonable price. Room was cleaned everyday and the general condition of the hotel was good! Totally recommend!

During our stay we did not encounter any difficulties. At this time of the year, the hotel appeared to have large groups of young ones but they were behaved. 5e hotel has been improved from our last visit but there is still room for more. The pool area is excellent but there beds are taken quickly and some are in need of repair. We choose a full frontal sea view room which was excellent with lots of space and a great view.

5th stay at this hotel, the only concern we had this time was groups of adults sitting in kids pool drinking beer to the point they were stumbling and almost falling onto the children. I mentioned to a manager who was walking past the pool and she said there wasnt much she could do. Very off putting for young kids in this pool and it should not be allowed

Hotel was good and clean. Plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. Pool can become crowded and not a lot of sunbeds for the amount of people staying there.

I booked this stay foe a few days for my daughter and myself as a post GCSE treat and wow.. what a beautiful stay in a beautiful place. We were treated very well from check in to check out. The food choice was incredible..so much choice. The room was a superior room, with everything needed and very clean. The location was great so handy right on the beach was just beautiful. We had a short power cut on one evening but this was dealt with quickly and caused no problems for us. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back in the future.

Just a quick 3 night break. Location was absolutely perfect. Room clean and spacious. Easy and quick check in. Food great and lots of choice. All inclusive excellent value. Staff worked tirelessly in all aspects of the hotel. Pool area stunning. So nice to be able to use the facilities and shower room after checking out when we had a late departure. Such a memorable trip. Can’t wait to return.

A great hotel overall and I would recommend it aside a few niggles such as the other noisy guests ( not the hotels fault) and the queue for the sun beds was rediculous especially when it is clearly advised on the board by the pool that you are not allowed to reserve the beds

Stayed at main hotel before and this was the reason to return, but stayed at the suites. The room was nice, but the other younger guests were noisy in the early hours waking us up. This happened most nights, so some kind of reception staff in the suites would be useful to ensure this bad behaviour was reduced.
