Everything was great, just one small thing—the mattresses were too soft. Our backs hurt. Otherwise, it was perfect. I'm writing this entire review just so I can say thank you to that employee - Perfect customer service :)

The Hotel had a good location with easy access to public transport for railway and airport and also to shops and city centre. Room was clean. Breakfasts were good with lots of variety. Nice to have a safe and bottled water during stay.

Compact, clean room, with good storage. The light in the shower didn't seem to be going. Very quiet and a super view of the cathedral in our window.

The Leonardo Boutique Hotel is in a quiet but excellent location to see the many wonderful and interesting sites around Linz. The breakfasts are excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and most comfortable! I enjoyed my stay in this hotel and the city of Linz!

We enjoyed our time staying at this hotel. The room was small but comfortable. We could have used a little more space for our suitcases. The staff was friendly and efficient. I wish I knew the name of the man at the front desk who was so helpful. He looked like he might have had middle eastern heritage. The breakfast buffet was wonderful.

A very good hotel.recomended.

Reception and breakfast staff were very attentive and helpful. The only critical comment I would offer, is that the tiles and shower door could be regrouted and cleaned up. Also, the room , # 302(?) could do with a fresh paint job.

I was with a group of our client. We hosted their Linz-Austria stay and they had good comments about your room, amenities and esp. the staff. I'm glad that I personally chose your hotel I really appreciate that you post actual photos of the rooms unlike other hotels we've stayed at in Austria wherein the rooms in their website where very nice then you're suprised when you actually see it. When I return to Austria, I hope with my family we will definitely stay at your hotel. Keep up the good work. Thank you.

Used hotel on Danube cycle tour - ideally located for seeing the city, restaurants and shops. Highly recommend

It would be nice if you could open windows in rooms to change the air.

It would be helpful if the hotel provides electric kettle to all rooms. My wife needed warm water at night so we asked the front desk receptionist for an electric kettle and she obliged to our request. Thanks to her!😊

Overall, the stay was according to expectations. The hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was really good. Also the room was nice, with a nice view of the catedhral.

We had stayed in this hotel before. It is in the town centre so it is easy to walk around the town. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a lovely reception area. The staff are friendly.

Room a bit small,but very cosy and pleasant,spotless clean and warm. Very nice staff at the reception. Excellent location. Convenient parking right under the hotel. Overall,excellent experience!

this time and as a single traveller, the room was fine and large enough, my resume was different last time when we visited as a couple and had the same size room. The location is excellent.

When travelling back home to Linz, I always stay in the Leonardo Butique Hotel, I stayed even before it was Leonardo, I think it was Ibis before, but not sure.The friendly stuff, cleanliness of the hotel and the location it self is why I always do come back. Truly worth it.

The Leonardo Boutique Hotel was an excellent choice. We were pleased with the weekend rate (which unfortunately increased quite a bit on Sunday night), found the staff and accomodations excellent and it was in a great location for us in Linz. Thanks to the entire team for a wonderful and hospitable experience!

We loved our stay at Leonardo. Excellent location, extremely friendly staff, great breakfast and super clean. We greatly appreciated the attention to detail with such things as still and sparkling water refill station and free reusable water bottles. We found all staff to be friendly and helpful. We are especially grateful to Miriam who welcomed us so warmly at reception when we checked in and who kindly answered our many questions about sightseeing in Linz during our stay. Highly recommend.
