Leonardo AdvantageCLUB FAQs
Simply register online on the Leonardo Hotels Website under https://www.leonardo-hotels.com/leonardo-advantage-club. The Leonardo AdvantageCLUB membership is free of charge.
After registration, you will receive a welcome email. Please note that this email will include an activation link only if the registration was done at the hotel reception. By clicking on the link, you can complete the activation of your account. Once the account has been activated, you will be able to access it from the Leonardo Hotels website.
If you lose or forget your password, click on “Forgot your password?” below the login box on the Leonardo Hotels website. You will receive a password reset link to the email address associated with your account.
You can amend your account details under the “My Account” tab by clicking "Edit" in the top right corner.
Once you register, you automatically earn points for every eligible reservation in a participating Leonardo Hotel. The following hotels are not participating in Leonardo AdvantageCLUB: Leonardo Kolymbia Resort - Rhodes, Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel and Spa by the Sea, Leonardo Cypria Bay, Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort, and Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa.
Points will be credited only for bookings made via your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB account, through our central reservation offices, directly at the hotel or travel agencies using a GDS system directly connected to Leonardo Hotels.
AdvantageCLUB points can be redeemed at all hotels bookable on the Leonardo Hotels website (https://www.leonardo-hotels.com) and participating in the AdvantageCLUB program.
No, you only earn points for stays booked through the Leonardo Hotels homepage, Leonardo Hotels central reservation offices, directly at the hotel or travel agencies using a GDS system directly connected to Leonardo Hotels.
Unfortunately, no. Points can only be earned for stays after you completed your registration and account activation for AdvantageCLUB.
To redeem your AdvantageCLUB points, sign in to your Leonardo AdvantageCLUB account. When making a new booking, you will have the option to pay using your points in the payment section. This option is available only if your total collected points can cover the reservation completely. If you do not have enough points, you must proceed with the regular payment method.
Please note that the number of points required for redemption can vary depending on the hotel category, period of stay, and room category. Only reservations with public rates can be paid with points, and partial redemption is not possible.
You can check your collected and redeemed points by logging in to your AdvantageCLUB account via Leonardo Hotels website (https://www.leonardo-hotels.com/leonardo-advantage-club). The "My History" tab provides an overview of all collected and redeemed points, along with the current confirmed point balance.
As of January 1, 2016, points remain valid within the member account for 18 months after the last check-out. Every new eligible reservation that checks out within these 18 months extends the validity of all other points according to the last check-out date. Expired points cannot be reinstated, and points cannot be transferred to another member account.
Prior to December 31, 2015, points expired if there was no further credit within one year, with validity extending to a maximum total of 3 years for new check-outs within one year.
You are entitled to earn points for only one room, specifically the room in which you have stayed. The same principle applies to discounts. When booking multiple rooms for the same time frame, you can receive the discount only for the first room booked.
Unfortunately, no. The discount will be applied only to the first room booked.
Within your member account, under the "My Reservations" tab, you will find a list of all your reservations connected to your member account. All upcoming reservations made via the website can be cancelled by clicking on the "Cancel" button. For any questions, you can also contact the reservations department of the specific hotel.

Please ensure that your membership has been confirmed and activated through the link received in your welcome email. Once your membership is activated, you can log in using the credentials chosen during your registration.

After successfully reviewing the details saved within your account (address, birthday, phone number, etc.), we can assist by updating your email address within the member account.
Each of our hotels has its own rules and regulations regarding restaurants and bars, among other things. Some of our hotels offer cards that members can use to receive the discount. Please inquire at the reception desk of the hotel you are staying at regarding the availability of such cards.
Collecting for Miles & More or BahnBonus
To earn miles/ points for a qualifying stay at Leonardo Hotels you need to be a Leonardo AdvantageCLUB member, as well as a member of the corresponding reward program. You can register to Leonardo AdvantageCLUB for free online on https://www.leonardo-hotels.com/leonardo-advantage-club. During the registration choose the corresponding earning preference, providing your third party member number.
If you are already a member collecting AdvantageCLUB points but wish to collect with one of the partner options available in the future, you need to log-in in your member account and change your earning preference in the “My Account” tab.
The rules for eligible reservations remain the same as for an AdvantageCLUB membership with earning preference points.
You can switch between Miles & More reward miles and BahnBonus points in the “My Account” tab in your AdvantageCLUB account. Kindly note that a change will be valid for all your upcoming reservations.
As an AdvantageCLUB member you can only earn points for a single preference of your choice for the same stay. The preference can be changed before any given stay by updating your membership profile online.
A conversion from previously collected points/ miles to any other preference is not possible. The new chosen preference will be valid for all future bookings.
For each qualifying stay at Leonardo Hotels in Europe you will earn 1 Miles & More reward mile per 1€ spend on your room rate. The following hotels are excluded: Leonardo Cypria Bay, Leonardo Laura Beach & Splash Resort, Leonardo Plaza Cypria Maris Beach Hotel & Spa, Leonardo Crystal Cove Hotel and Spa by the Sea, Leonardo Kolymbia Resort – Rhodes, The Midland, Leonardo Hotels in UK, Leonardo Hotels in the Netherlands & Belgium, Jury’s Inn Hotels and Apollo Hotels.
For each qualifying stay at Leonardo Hotels in Europe you will earn 1 BahnBonus point per 1€ spend on your room rate. Unfortunately, no. Points/ miles can not be credited if you have not been registered to our Leonardo AdvantageCLUB prior to your check out.
Your reward points will be automatically transferred to your corresponding partnership account within four to six weeks after you check out from a qualifying stay. To redeem them please visit the corresponding partner´s website.
