All good

The hotel was very beautiful and also the employees was very kind. The whole place was clean and organized, the breakfest was more than enough, they filled up all the time. I had only one problem: I booked two rooms and they put us on two separate floors. But apart from that the hotel was superb.

While we arrived way to early we could leave our luggage at the hotel while exploring town. Due to booking mistakes by Booking.com we did at first not get the rooms we booked, but she helped us to correct this! The staff were very helpful with booking us an unforgettable excursion and made sure all details were taken care off. Rooms are very clean modern with arty touch and complete.

Lovely hotel, great location and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We travelled with a young child and the staff brought toys and sweets to the room for him. The only downside was one of the rooms was very small but the other was a great size. There was quite a bit of choice for breakfast but not what we're used to. Would definitely stay here again

We all had an amazing time at this hotel. It was clean, food was great and the staff very friendly. An overall great experience. Would recommend to others and will hopefully return one day. Thank you for a lovely stay and Krakow is beautiful.

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a few!). Excellent value for money and staff really pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is at a very convenient place near the old town square and everything is in walking distances. The buses and trams are near by. A very clean hotel with pleasant atmosphere. The lifts are clean and you don’t have to wait for long. Everything is very clean. Our beds were made nicely with clean, crisp sheets every day. We had clean new towels everyday. Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety: cereals,nuts, fruit, juices, yoghurts, cooked breakfast , variety of breads, jams , cakes and biscuits. Lots of drinks with tea and coffee machines. The eating place was clean and the girls who worked there were polite and helpful.

everyone was very nice, they were always polite and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies and the bar staff everyone was polite and made you feel at home. I would definitely visit again.

I stayed in Leonardo boutique hotel for 3 nights . My stay was very pleasurable from the start of check In to check out on last day. The room was very comfortable well ventilated with air conditioner as weather was very warm. The bed and linen of high quality, Wi-Fi string and very neat wet room bathroom. Breakfast was very varied with hot and cold abundant with vegan options available. The hotel is in a great location 7 mins to the old market square. Overall I would mark this property 10/10

The only minus is restaurant.

If you're going to Krakow then this hotel is the place to stay. Clean, comfortable and the staff in reception are very helpful. I enjoyed the bar area and had a meal there. Very highly recommended, again with excellent staff. The hotel is well placed for the main city (8 minute walk to the square) and only 5 minutes from the transport hub to most areas. I was picked up here for my visit to Auschwitz. If (when) I return to Krakow I'll certainly stay here.

Overall Great hotel, fantastic location and there is a nice parkway path opposite. Not far from Old town Krakow, a short walk maybe only 10 minutes. Room was big and very well presented. Very clean upon arrival. Staff were friendly and helpful. We ordered room service on the last evening and the food arrive quickly, hot and tasty.

Our stay at Leonardo Hotel was great. Hotel staff was very friendly and professional. The hotel is clean and nicely decorated with fresh water available in the lobby. The hotel is perfectly situated between the old town and Jewish quarters. Highly recommend. The only recommendation for improvement is the pillows in the room, I would overall change them instead of offering the “Natural” selection.

Dear Leonardo Staff! Unfortunately, due to an issue with the credit card of our company, upon check-out we had to find an alternative way of payment. Your Ukrainian colleague, Ms Diana Skuibida handled this situation with immense patience, kindness and understanding, and we managed to find a solution to the issue. Her manager as well, a Polish lady, acted in an exemplary manner as well, I wish to commend her too. I will for sure, consider coming to your hotel again. Congratulations, Dénes

Fantastic hotel! Will be back in the near future

Lovely hotel. Shame about fire alarm going off at 6 am. Bedroom adequate, but not very clean. Mirror had dust on. Last day, just about hit bed made.

I can highly recommend Leonardo Hotel. The location is great - nearby the Old Town. The rooms are beautiful and the best is the best. Perfect place to stay. I will come back.

Stayed here as a solo traveller. Always felt safe in the hotel and going to and from it in the evenings. Great location for all the sights of Krakow. The breakfast was the best I’ve had in a hotel. Great variety of food on offer. Ate a meal in the bar one evening as arrived late from a day out, it was very good price and good food. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Staff were so helpful and 24 hour reception.

The hotel is the perfect place to stay. We enjoyed cocktails and dinner in the restaurant and it was delicious.

Hotel is super nice, very clean and offers a wide range of amenities inside. There are sometimes a signs of usage of the walls and floors but the overall experience is rather positive :)
