From.organising a private pick up at the airport until we left, this hotel was a lovely experience. The location is great - easy to access all areas of interest. The staff are friendly, efficient & helpful. The breakfast choice & quality was great. Our room was comfortable with all the facilities we needed. We had a wonderful stay in Krakow

We were there for 2 days and was a good choice. Room were beautiful, comfortable and spacious. Comfortable bed and super nice location. Breakfast was good and reception stay friendly.

The hotel was very beautiful and also the employees was very kind. The whole place was clean and organized, the breakfest was more than enough, they filled up all the time. I had only one problem: I booked two rooms and they put us on two separate floors. But apart from that the hotel was superb.

Everything about the hotel was nice, staff, cleaning, breakfast was really good, we did not have it included but we bough it on the spot because of the food variety. It worth every penny. We had some issues with wifi connectivity, but we did not mind as we were in a city brake so short stay. Too exhausted after every day to mind about internet. Also the tv channel list can be improved. Overall great hotel, great room and great location just 8-10 min walking distance to Old town. 5-6 min to Wawel castle, and again 5-6 min to our trips meeting point. So that was perfect. I totally recommend ro stay here.

I didn't know this hotel before. I was looking for a place to stay during the conference and found a hotel in a good location, which also looked good in the photos. I chose it and I don't regret it, I'm really delighted!

While we arrived way to early we could leave our luggage at the hotel while exploring town. Due to booking mistakes by Booking.com we did at first not get the rooms we booked, but she helped us to correct this! The staff were very helpful with booking us an unforgettable excursion and made sure all details were taken care off. Rooms are very clean modern with arty touch and complete.

Lovely hotel, great location and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We travelled with a young child and the staff brought toys and sweets to the room for him. The only downside was one of the rooms was very small but the other was a great size. There was quite a bit of choice for breakfast but not what we're used to. Would definitely stay here again

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a few!). Excellent value for money and staff really pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is at a very convenient place near the old town square and everything is in walking distances. The buses and trams are near by. A very clean hotel with pleasant atmosphere. The lifts are clean and you don’t have to wait for long. Everything is very clean. Our beds were made nicely with clean, crisp sheets every day. We had clean new towels everyday. Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety: cereals,nuts, fruit, juices, yoghurts, cooked breakfast , variety of breads, jams , cakes and biscuits. Lots of drinks with tea and coffee machines. The eating place was clean and the girls who worked there were polite and helpful.

everyone was very nice, they were always polite and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies and the bar staff everyone was polite and made you feel at home. I would definitely visit again.

The room was outstanding, especially the bed and choice if pillows. One of the best appointed hotel rooms I have ever seen. The bar and restaurant area were very welcoming, and breakfast was superb. The location of the hotel in relation to the train station and the old town is ideal. Thank you.

For a 3 star hotel this was much better than I was expecting. The room was compact but suitable for our needs. Shower was good and always had hot water. Toiletries were supplied along with a hairdryer and it had tea and coffee facilities. The hotel is within walking distance of the old town and the Jewish quarter, from about 10 minutes to a maximum of 30 minutes depending where you want to go. The hotel bar was great for that last drink before bed. Be warned it shuts at 11pm with no "last bell" so don't get caught out.

Came with two other couples for a 3 night stay. Hotel is very central and a short walk to the square / castle etc. We were on the second floor at the front, room was extremely clean, modern and had everything we needed. Shower was hot and shower gel smelt gorgeous. I did hear the trams throughout the night but by night 3 I slept through Breakfast was good, sausages, eggs, beans, fruit, cereal etc. no toaster as such just a bread grill but it managed. On the last day we thought we’d grab lunch before leaving for airport at 2pm but they didn’t serve food til 2pm. Even snacks, chips etc would have helped. Overall this is a perfect hotel to stay and visit the touristy bits and grab a drink before bed. (If you’re back before 11pm) I would recommend this hotel

Room was really nice and great value. I asked if could contact me if our room was ready early, they remembered to do this and we were able to check in 2 hours early, there was also an area to keep our bags while we waited. Had a great experience and in a great location.

We spent 1 week in this hotel with my family, and our experience was very good. The location is absolutely fantastic, it is a few minutes walk both to the old town and to the Jewish quarters. The overall condition of the hotel is great, and our 2 adjoining rooms were super. Only one small point, I think the cleaning staff do not vacuum the rooms every day because we brought in some dirt with our shoes and I noticed that it was there sometimes on the next day. However, overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we will certainly stay there again when we visit Krakow!

Lovely hotel and very well situated, lovely station for refreshments at reception - a very nice touch! Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Some more English channels on the tv or ability to log into your own Netflix account on the TV would put the icing on the cake. Overall excellent stay and would stay again!

We enjoyed our 3 night stay in the Leonardo boutique hotel, the hotel itself is beautifully presented. We booked 2 rooms and I have to say the room sizes were adequate for our needs but, my room faced the main road, my son's room faced the inner courtyard. He could not believe how noisy my room was, the trams pass right outside the place and so sleep was incredibly difficult and also constantly disturbed all night. I would advise not to take the rooms facing the main road/front of the hotel. We paid for breakfast and that was a mistake for my family. Even though I asked about vegetarian and vegan options I was told there was lots of choice. Yes there was cereal, yoghurts and fruits but nothing else was labelled, so it was really difficult to know if the scrambled eggs had dairy in them, or the potato products had dairy, even the meats on offer didn't say what they were. My son has Crohn's disease so it's not that I'm being picky it was a matter of not being able to eat anything with dairy for him. It was incredibly disappointing and I certainly don't think we got value for money. The location of the hotel was great, a 5 minute stroll to wawel castle and about 15 minutes to the centre of the old town square.. I would definitely stay here again, it I wouldn't waste money on the breakfast and I'd choose a room facing the courtyard.

We have just returned home after a 6 night stay at Leonardo Boutique old town. The hotel is in a perfect location and within walking distance to everything. Staff are friendly and helpful. Food and drink were lovely. Room had everything you would need. The bed/pillows were extremely comfortable. Perfect hotel. We had an amazing stay. Thank you :)
