We have just returned from a 4 night stay at The Leonardo Boutique Hotel Krakow. What A fabulous hidden Jewel of a hotel. Nothing flash from the street but you enter a beautiful foyer leading to reception. Throughout the hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and decorated to a level of high end decor that you would expect from the very best of boutique hotels. Our bedroom, although no huge was very clean and well equipt with everything you would require.. coffee machine iron, hairdryer, safe, fridge.The bed and pillows comfortable. I would suggest maybe an additional blanket for comfort would be a nice touch. We interacted with the staff regularly, at the bar, at reception booking transport. All staff appear to be young but very competent and were exceptionally polite and helpful. Breakfast deserves a special mention.. excellently presented and well worth the additional cost. Hot, cold, sweet, savoury, pastries, teas, coffee, syrups.. I could go on and on. Very very good. Location is also very good, just a short walk through the park opposite the hotel takes you into Old Krakow Town. Needless to say I would most definitely return here and also recommend my friends. Thank you we enjoyed our stay enormously.

Not my first stay at Leonard’s boutique in fact it’s my fourth because it is brilliant. Close to main square and pickup location for tours. Very good value for money, clean, lovely at Christmas too

Traveling to Krakow for the first time and choosing a hotel to stay in can be challenging. But if you choose Leonard Old Town, you won't go wrong. The hotel itself is not very big and perhaps the biggest or only thing I didn't like was the size of the room. The rest was very good! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the welcome area is also nice. If you want your room cleaned daily, you can request it, but cleaning is usually "on request". The breakfast is very good with a large selection of sweet and savory food. A corner dedicated to "sugar-free" dishes would also be very appreciated. The advantage of the hotel, apart from what has already been mentioned, is the proximity to all the most important things to see in Krakow. Everything is practically within walking distance, of course if you like to walk. Don't forget, Krakow is a city to be walked. There is an electric tram running along the street where the hotel is located, but you don't hear or feel it in the rooms or other parts of the hotel.

The hotel was very beautiful and also the employees was very kind. The whole place was clean and organized, the breakfest was more than enough, they filled up all the time. I had only one problem: I booked two rooms and they put us on two separate floors. But apart from that the hotel was superb.

Everything about the hotel was nice, staff, cleaning, breakfast was really good, we did not have it included but we bough it on the spot because of the food variety. It worth every penny. We had some issues with wifi connectivity, but we did not mind as we were in a city brake so short stay. Too exhausted after every day to mind about internet. Also the tv channel list can be improved. Overall great hotel, great room and great location just 8-10 min walking distance to Old town. 5-6 min to Wawel castle, and again 5-6 min to our trips meeting point. So that was perfect. I totally recommend ro stay here.

I didn't know this hotel before. I was looking for a place to stay during the conference and found a hotel in a good location, which also looked good in the photos. I chose it and I don't regret it, I'm really delighted!

While we arrived way to early we could leave our luggage at the hotel while exploring town. Due to booking mistakes by Booking.com we did at first not get the rooms we booked, but she helped us to correct this! The staff were very helpful with booking us an unforgettable excursion and made sure all details were taken care off. Rooms are very clean modern with arty touch and complete.

Lovely hotel, great location and staff were very friendly and welcoming. We travelled with a young child and the staff brought toys and sweets to the room for him. The only downside was one of the rooms was very small but the other was a great size. There was quite a bit of choice for breakfast but not what we're used to. Would definitely stay here again

This is one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayed at (and we’ve stayed at a few!). Excellent value for money and staff really pleasant and helpful.

The hotel is at a very convenient place near the old town square and everything is in walking distances. The buses and trams are near by. A very clean hotel with pleasant atmosphere. The lifts are clean and you don’t have to wait for long. Everything is very clean. Our beds were made nicely with clean, crisp sheets every day. We had clean new towels everyday. Breakfast was excellent with lot of variety: cereals,nuts, fruit, juices, yoghurts, cooked breakfast , variety of breads, jams , cakes and biscuits. Lots of drinks with tea and coffee machines. The eating place was clean and the girls who worked there were polite and helpful.

everyone was very nice, they were always polite and helpful, from the reception staff to the cleaning ladies and the bar staff everyone was polite and made you feel at home. I would definitely visit again.

The staff were incredibly friendly and always happy to help, which created a very welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the breakfast buffet as it offered plenty of delicious options to start the day well. A lovely touch was the snack table in the lobby, available free of charge, which made quick bites very convenient. The hotel’s location made it extremely easy to discover the sights of Krakow and the nearby train stops were close enough to make travel effortless. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city.

Ideal position of the hotel for getting in and out of Krakow. Everything we needed .

We stayed just one night and was upgraded to suite. Hitel lovely and definitely worth 4 stars not 3. Everything was amazing and staff so lovely and helpful. Hotel had a nice calm and serene feel to it. Only things I could pick up on are the tile grouting needs a bit of a freshen up (room519) and we had a stinky bug in thr room - cannot be helped and did not mark down for it. Only other thing was website did not make it clear that food was available in evening so we came thinking we could only have breakfast and made other plans, would have loved to have stayed at hotel to eat instead. Overall the hotel was perfect and staff friendly and amazing and we will defo be back!

Absolutely loved this hotel, very discreet from the street you'd hardly notice it but inside is lovely stylish and welcoming. Hotel feels premium. Every staff member so friendly and speaking English expertly, small bar is lovely and cosy serving a small selection of very nice meals. We intended to eat in town more but because it was so convenient, good quality and reasonably priced we ate at the hotel more than we ate in town and though a relatively small menu still had something different each time, apart from the crème brulé witch was too good to miss. The room although small in area was tall and felt airy due to tall ceilings and windows and really nicely decorated and appointed. Ten minutes walk from train station and two minutes from the beautiful old town of Krakow. Will definitely recommend to friends.
