We had a great time. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Only slight point to improve is that the floor of our room was not very clean and the shower door leaked water over. All staff were so friendly and hard working. Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. Chefs making omlettes and pancakes were always so cheerful. Bar staff also friendly and hardworking and we were particularly impressed with the entertainment team. They were so enthusiastic and great with the children.

The site, facilities and staff were amazing. The only criticism is that we stayed in the suite building and only one elevator worked which was very slow as the cleaners constantly used them and the other lift didnt work at all.

Me and Mrs were there in May and we were really pampered, the hotel pays attention to little details and make every effort to get you what you want. Will recommend everyday!

We had mixed views before coming but actually we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Hotel is very clean and lovely. Rooms very nice ( ther are small but we didnt mind this) and fabulous views of the sea. Air con very good. Shower rooms nice but very slippy and my son fell and had an accident due to slippy floors when coming out of shower. Breakfast was fab but dinner and lunch seemed to always be pork, pizza or pasta. Very repetitive and often food was cold. This let the hotel down as we felt the food could of been better. Entertainment on a night was okay some nights were fab, we enjoyed the singers and saxophonist although a large party of guests were very loud and we struggled to hear him at times. The Micheal Jackson act was good also. Daytime entertainment could of been better. Area was lovely Es Cana is beautiful and we enjoyed going for walks on a night time. We did find the area pricey so make sure to take plenty money for your stay. We enjoyed the 1st week of our stay very well but the 2nd week the hotel was getting busier and struggled to get a lounger on the days or seat on an evening at times. We would probably return back if the price was right but we would rate Leonardo more of a 3 star.

Overall very good small adjustments slippery around the pool area and room service was only done 3 times out of seven

Stayed here for the first time and it was an amazing experience, hotel is really lovely and room clean and comfortable with everything you would need, staff excellent from reception to restaurant, great location and nothing was too much trouble.would recommend this hotel and will definitely be back thank you

This hotel goes above and beyond to create a special experience for their guests. Between the prime location next to the sea, the bright and beautifully decorated rooms, and the exceptional customer service, I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

A lovely hotel with lovely staff. Good facilities and great for families as very child friendly. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Es Canar. Only note is that we stayed in the Suites and the room was a little bit dated, some love could do with going into the kitchen and bathroom but nothing to moan about as the rooms were clean and well kept by the cleaning staff. Overall a lovely stay and experience.

Most things were great but sunbeds were really uncomfortable with no cushions or arm rests. Also guests were allowed to put towels on beds at 8am in spite of pool not allowing this in their policy and pool supposed not to open until 10 am. This should be tackled by staff or allowed for everyone, not just selfish people. Breakfast was very nice but a little more variety in baked goods would be nice. Overall lovely hotel though.

Overall it was a lovely stay the food was amazing just a little let down by the room was a little small but will definitely return

checked in late but was received by friendly staff and so began my unforgettable trip to Ibiza! All around the staff was helpful and kind. Even the cleaning lady was so kind!

Great hotel, spacious and clean. We had a fantastic room with a balcony looking out to sea. My wife and i spent a wonderful week here and would love to come back. Staff are warm and friendly and very helpful. My only complaint - and it is very minor - is the temperature of some of the buffet items, which tended to be a little lukewarm. We got round this by using the items that were cooked by staff to order on the hotplate.

Hotel clean and maintained well, very noisy around pool areas and no real adult only area. End of season visit and it was noticeable as the week went on. Less drink/food options. Less staff to clear restaurant!! Food not hot enough at anytime, we used microwave which I wouldn’t expect to have to do in a 4* hotel!! Superb location on beach, but no free sunbeds on beach. Majority of entertainment was very loud and very child orientated. Generally a good all inclusive hotel

Overall this hotel is fantastic the hotel is modern clean and fresh the location is perfect and the staff are lovely and the food is great the only thing for not giving 10 out of 10 is the sun beds were uncomfortable they need a cushion

Stayed for 4 days in October. All inclusive. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room didn't have any drawers for storage. We had a sea view which was beautiful. The restaurant was busy at times and had to queue for food. There was a good variety of food but it tended to be cold. Steak on one of the nights was exceptional. Cooked to perfection and tasty. The location is great as directly on the beach.i would definitely stay again

I loved the hotel and will probably be back at some point. The location is Amazon and the pool areas were great for kids and had lovely views for adults. The room was great and again, we loved the views from the balcony.

Nice hotel and lovely staff. Superb location and nice views. Only small downside is the lack of vegetarian/vegan options of food. It seems to be quite common overall in Spain that only veggie options are carb heavy and no thought to make it protein rich too. Would recommend hotel and location
