Great location, great staff, very nice quality, several heated pools. Very comfy beds IMHO. Beverages included on half board really made a difference Unfortunately, three cockroaches on our bedroom and could use some repairs/improvements

Positives - food, good selection, very fresh and varied. Location - right on the beach was great, Charlie’s bar across the bay worth a visit. Balinese beds - see negatives though! Negatives - lack of attention to detail cleaning wise in the room, it didn’t warrant complaining about but still, make up/stains on walls and hair isn’t what you’d expect in a 4*. Pool - used it once, quite dirty at the end of the day. Sun lounger nightmare - people out at 7am laying down towels despite the pool not being open until 10. Ridiculously overcrowded and no real control. The only saving grace was Balinese beds available for hire at €10 a day - godsend, but there are only 7 of these.

Great holiday, but some improvements: - Minidisco great, but should be outdoors and not indoors. We are on holiday to enjoy the outside not the inside! - Food choice for vegetarians was poor - cleanliness around the pool bar / seating area needs improving - looks A. mess and attracts wasps

Would definitely return. Fantastic location overlooking beach. Overall food was very good with plenty of choice, except the Saturday, which was not as good as every other day. Our room for 3 people was small so we paid for an upgrade which was much better. Kids entertainment was excellent and pool areas great. Staff were very helpful and polite.

Very friendly staff, the hotel is beautiful with access to beach and the buffet food was really good. All in all totally satisfied.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with stunning views over the bay and town – a perfect way to wake up each morning. The location is ideal, with great access to nearby facilities including local shops, and just steps away from an amazing beach. The shallow waters were perfect for kids to play safely, making it a great choice for families. The food was very good, with a wide variety of options and the added bonus of beer and wine on tap. The restaurant was exceptionally clean, well-staffed, and well-managed – even during the busy high season, we never struggled to find a table. The hotel also has fantastic on-site amenities: a free snack bar, a poolside bar, and a games room with pool and table tennis. The entertainment provided was very enjoyable, and the staff were consistently helpful and well-organized. A nearby bus stop made it easy to explore the surrounding area, and staff were always happy to help with travel tips and directions. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations – highly recommended for families or anyone looking for a relaxing, well-run seaside getaway.

Overall it was a very good experience. We liked our room - the decorations, entrance to terrace, main and kids pool, as well as easy access to the sea. Food was great, I didnt expect that we will have some many seafood variations and we loved it. Great options of drinks during meals as well. The only bad thing was that we had to buy and wear another band on our wrist for the plastic cups. I do not understand why this fee can not be paid at the reception at the check-in. It was very annoying. On the other hand, I have to say my BIG THANK YOU to animation team. There were so amazing, so great with kids. We loved every performence they did. Our kids had a blessing. Leo, Oscar, Marta, Kristina, Lucia, we love you. We would come to stay at this hotel again especially because of you.

Exceeded our all inclusive expectations! Location amazing on the beach, food was a great standard and varied, drinks at the bar were good. The snack bar did an amazing burger! Although the pool area was very busy there were quieter beds in the sun terraces away from the pool a little. All areas of the hotel were kept to a high standard of cleanliness. Our room had a gorgeous sea view and was cleaned everyday. We had a fantastic break, thanks! My only complaint would be the amount of customers who ignored the no smoking policy at the sunbeds and pool bar. We will definitely return to the Leonardo Royal ❤️

We had a great time, it was my birthday whilst we were there and the hotel provided us with a beautiful room. Really impressed, great food and really accommodating staff.

We really enjoyed our stay overall: the facilities are good, the food was nice, the location is great, and the staff were friendly. The entertainment for kids after dinner was also very good. However, we did feel there was a lack of entertainment for adults — some music by the pool during the day and in the evening (sunset parties, party music at night) would have been very welcome, especially considering it’s Ibiza. It would also be convenient if the direct access to the beach at night could be opened with the hotel key card. Apart from the unpleasant incident with the alarms on two different nights, we had a very pleasant experience — it was mainly the absence of outdoor animation/music that we found missing.

Really friendly and efficient staff on arrival which instantly put our mind at rest, and settled us in for a fantastic holiday. We only had the breakfast option, but what a great selection of food. The breakfast staff always had a professional outlook, and considering the amount of waste, went through their tasks unwavering. The apartments were always cleaned thoroughly. Overall a fantastic experience and a great location. Thankyou.

I work in a really busy London hotel myself so I can be very critical but on this occasion there is only positive feedback. We received a warm welcome which set the bar for the rest of the stay. My requirement for the room was given & I couldn’t have been happier. The outside bar staff were amazing and friendly. The food selection was amazing, it does get busy & the staff seemed to cope. I had the perfect stay & already looking to rebook. Thank you.

Beautiful hotel, very welcoming, polite, friendly, brilliant for all ages, my 1 and 3 year old could enjoy just as much as my 5 & 7 year old. Dining room was set out perfectly for all size family’s - we normally struggle to find a table for 6 but there was always plenty of tables to choose from. The food was always lovely with plenty to choose from. Lovely snack bar with beautiful view to sit and eat next too. Perfect location on the beach.

Lovely hotel located on the beach with a little cove adjacent perfectly safe and calm for swimming. All inclusive option was great and plentiful. Buffet restaurant always clean and tidy and lots of seating both in and out. Food choice good. Snack bar open 11am till 6pm and served choice of burgers, pizza, fries and toasties. Rooms cleaned daily. Hotel reception cool and inviting. All staff friendly. Plenty of sunbeds around pool. Only downside was no evening entertainment at all and pool bar tables didn't get wiped down very often. Although we wasnt too bothered about entertainmemt it would habe been nice to have something on even for an hour or so each night. We had a great stay here would definately recommend and will re visit.

Great family hotel but should do something about the mad rush for sun-beds. We didn’t use the whole time we were there but people were laying down towels before 6 am. Suggest the beds should be chained down until the pool actually opens . Lovely position next to the beach , very child friendly with great facilities for kids. We had a fantastic time

Loved daily clean, however there was a bit of a musty smell in our room (1309) All kids club staff were lovely, they need to advertise the activities more though, same for adults activities. What activities there were were all good. Kids disco being earlier would have been better, 8pm. Also adult entertainment would be good a few nights per week. Loved the location, right next to the beach. Loved the Blue Cafe next door, food was gorgeous & view was perfect. Decor in hotel was the best in a child friendly / family hotel we’ve stayed in.

We stayed in the suites. They were spacious and clean. The pool was great plenty of sunbeds. We stayed on the higher numbers side (06-12) which over looked the small supermarket opposite the hotel, however a bar did open there during our stay which was extremely noisy after 11 pm until at least 2:30am in the morning. We did have a pleasant stay however, and probably would return however would not want to be on the side of the suites due to the noise.

We loved the Leonardo Suites Hotel for our stay, but the main reason we booked was the kids club. When you areive at the hotel with two small ones you rely on the club. When closed the parents have less time for their holiday so we could have just booked any other cheaper hotel. Especially giving the notice only at the reception was not what you want ro hear after a long flight. The playground was great for their Holiday so kids nevertheless.

Enjoyed all the amenities staff really friendly, beach location, will visit again.

I love this hotel , it’s position is amazing. It’s clean and comfortable. If I had to complain about anything it would be that the entertainment at night leaves a lot to be desired and the food could be hotter. However this is our third visit and we will return .

Overall very good, several parts of the hotel need updating and renewal, sun beds are very poor unfortunately. Congestion at the Nutella machine every morning caused blocking on aisle way which can easily be resolved, just a little dangerous when people carrying food plates. Hope this is helpful.

We had a great time. The hotel was beautiful and very clean. Only slight point to improve is that the floor of our room was not very clean and the shower door leaked water over. All staff were so friendly and hard working. Tables were cleared and cleaned quickly. Chefs making omlettes and pancakes were always so cheerful. Bar staff also friendly and hardworking and we were particularly impressed with the entertainment team. They were so enthusiastic and great with the children.

The site, facilities and staff were amazing. The only criticism is that we stayed in the suite building and only one elevator worked which was very slow as the cleaners constantly used them and the other lift didnt work at all.

Me and Mrs were there in May and we were really pampered, the hotel pays attention to little details and make every effort to get you what you want. Will recommend everyday!

We had mixed views before coming but actually we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. Hotel is very clean and lovely. Rooms very nice ( ther are small but we didnt mind this) and fabulous views of the sea. Air con very good. Shower rooms nice but very slippy and my son fell and had an accident due to slippy floors when coming out of shower. Breakfast was fab but dinner and lunch seemed to always be pork, pizza or pasta. Very repetitive and often food was cold. This let the hotel down as we felt the food could of been better. Entertainment on a night was okay some nights were fab, we enjoyed the singers and saxophonist although a large party of guests were very loud and we struggled to hear him at times. The Micheal Jackson act was good also. Daytime entertainment could of been better. Area was lovely Es Cana is beautiful and we enjoyed going for walks on a night time. We did find the area pricey so make sure to take plenty money for your stay. We enjoyed the 1st week of our stay very well but the 2nd week the hotel was getting busier and struggled to get a lounger on the days or seat on an evening at times. We would probably return back if the price was right but we would rate Leonardo more of a 3 star.

Overall very good small adjustments slippery around the pool area and room service was only done 3 times out of seven
