We had a really great stay here. Everyone was friendly a. welcoming, but a special mention to the manager of the hotel who came over to say hello, had a chat with us, a. even greeted our cat Amber. That genuinely made our day. We were also kindly offered coffee on the house, which was such a nice touch. It’s the little things like this that make a place feel special. Amber says hello too 🐾 We’d happily stay here again.

The general manager Dirk was excellent, we had a problem with our car after travelling from Amsterdam and he solved the problem for us and let us relax and not worry about the stress it had caused us. We’ll always remember the kindness he showed us.

I can only recommend this hotel. It's very easy to get there from the highway. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, right next to a park, the Tiergarten, which is highly recommended for a walk. We experienced incredibly friendly staff who called us to ask if we had settled into our room, if everything was okay, and if there was anything else they could help with, which is something we have never experienced before. The entire hotel feels clean and beautiful. The breakfast was okay, but could be a bit more varied if you are staying for several days.

I enjoyed my stay at the Leonardo Hotel (Tiergartenstraße) and was especially impressed with the pleasant reception staff on arrival, decent hotel room with very comfortable king sized bed and bathroom facilities. The Hotel itself is conveniently located near the motorway and in an attractive suburban part of town with several very good restaurants and a gelateria nearby. I can definitely recommend Leonardo Hotel and will be coming here in the future as I often drive through Europe on the way from the UK to Poland.

I enjoyed most of the hotel but I was surprised that there was so many dogs everywhere in the restaurant - that is not very clean in my opinion - especially if the owners kiss their dogs, touch the food after having petted their dogs and the likes. Its very nice that the hotel is pet friendly but I lacked information about this for non-pet travellers - maybe I am a minority but then you should have advertised that more clearly so I knew that I was booking an experience with dogs surrounding me at dinner and at the breakfast. Apart from that the hotel was nice.

Really nice hotel with beautiful view at the park with wild animals. Excellent breakfast, clean rooms, comfy beds. Everything was just spot on. Would book it again!

Such a child-friendly place - the suite with a separate bedroom for parents was exceptional. Great breakfast, wonderful staff, fantastic location near a playground and animal park. We hope to be back again and again. The room was modern and nicely appointed. Absolutely recommend.

We have stayed in this hotel a number of times as it is close to our Aunt, who we visit every year. It is in a quiet setting adjacent to the Tiergarten. We were given a recently renovated room, a definite improvement with comfortable beds and with a good bathroom. The welcome chocolates, fruit and flowers with a little message was a lovely gesture. The breakfast buffet is really good with a great variety of food on offer. The staff in the breakfast room, and at reception, are friendly and efficient. There are good walks to be had in the Tiergarten. Overall we had a super stay.

Hotel is ok and a reasonable standard throughout. Nothing special, but OK for a short stay. Away from the city but close to the park. 20 min to city or the messe.

This was our third time staying here,The rooms were spacious and spotless. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommended lenordo hotel for pleasure or business stay.

This hotel is in a great location in Hannover and is managed and ruin by a very friendly, dedicated team. the rooms are being refurbished to a very high standard. They are comfortable and well equipped.

The deluxe room is nice, but unexpected were the chocolate, macorons, etc. that were given as a welcome present. What made it stand out with other hotels as to service, was also the heart-shaped handwritten welcome post-it's.

Rim was the best!. Super nice, sweet and helpfull ❤️
