Great family hotel with great breakfast buffet.

When i'm away for business, it is a real pleasure to stay here as the rooms are so comfortable and the best bit for me is the breakfast. They have such a great choice and it has set me up so well for the day ahead.

Enjoyed the room, space and cleaness breakfast was full of choices with a various of selections - love it gym - well equipped, as often cant have it all - the gym with 2 threadmills, perfect, people were leaving due to lack of cardio devices

Even though my stay was shorter than I origiannlly planned, it was a pleasant experience. The food is really good and the staff helpful. Will book again.

The reception and all of the staff are super nice and really really friendly. I have been to this place for over 7 years and it remains the spot that i choose every time

We are a family of 4 with little children and stayed 1 night. The area is nice and easily accessible. We arrived late in night and we were tired but we had to wait 20 minutes to get the room-card. The personnel is kind but perhaps they need to better prioritise.

Have been staying at this hotel consistently for several years. Nice friendly staff, great breakfast, and decent hotel room. However there are 2 areas greatly in need of updates. The first being the heating and ventilation in the rooms (too hot in both summer and during fall/winter periods, with controls that do nothing for room temperature). The other annoying aspect is the bathroom layout. All rooms have a bathtub/shower set up and would be very nice if tubs were removed to make a walk-in shower like most modern hotel rooms. Would imagine less than 1% of all guests take advantage of a bathtub these days. The water pressure in the shower also is not so great or satisfying.

we had a pleasant stay during our week in Hannover, everything is made to feel you welcome. would be a solid 9, if rooms have more updated standard, like USB socks f.ie

Atmosphere of the hotel and its surroundings are very good. Hopefully, you will have the electronic toilet. I asked to call a taxi a couple of times. When the taxi arrived, you’d better let the driver make sure of who called the taxi as his customer. Even better if there is hot meal & soup at breakfast.

I've had a great stay at your property for 3 nights, as I stay with you every 3 months for my company business meetings. All staff were extremely professional and friendly.

Hotel is clean, rooms are a comfortable size and wifi connectivity is strong. Breakfast is ample and suitable for all tastes. The team are all friendly and welcoming.
