On the day of our departure, we were told that there were airport transfer services available. We paid €7.50 per person and took the 12:00 shuttle. As we were approaching the airport, the Indian driver told us that he would pick up passengers from Terminal 1 and that he could not drop us off at Terminal 2. Despite the heavy luggages she dropped us off at Terminal 1. When I told him that we needed to be dropped off at Terminal 2, she said that I could not speak to him like that and told us to go and talk to the reception instead. Snapped out by your employee is very disappointing.

We loved our stay here at Leonardo Hotel in Frankfurt. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was amazing so many choices and food was so yummy. Cocktail bar was good fun

My stay was in the middle of a large exhibition in Frankfurt and so the hotel was very full. However, the staff all maintained a friendly and helpful demeanour and the rooms were clean and warm. The menu for dinner is a little limited, but the food itself was well-cooked and tasty.

A.C in the room very weak. Parking very expensive,also if you want out have to ask ticket from reception every time. No english canels on t.v.

everything is great but the public traffic to Leonardo is inconvinient.Especially on the rainy day.

I was there for a concert and the hotel was 20min by foot accessible! Everything was fine, would recommend to stay there! :)

The hotel is a great choice for those staying near Frankfurt and Sachsenhausen. Plenty of secure parking. The location requires taxi or car into Frankfurt central.

Perfect stay for overnight when you have a next day flight.

Hotel was good… we just walked 10 min to the stadium. It is on the older side of things, but clean and staff is very friendly

A beautiful hotel and kept well. Staff is very responsive. Out tub was plugged and the bathroom door screech when opened or close. They next day by 9 am the handyman fixed everything. Excellent service. Shuttle from the airport took a long wait.

Beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

This was a bit of a different visit. I have been going to this hotel for 19 years and will go no where else. When I inquired I was only able to check in for the one night. Monday October 14th but the person I was speaking to asked if I wanted to check in for 3 nights and I couldn't because of flying out on the Wednesday morning. I was forced to get another hotel which I was not pleased about. I left it until I was in Germany for the 2 months where I visit every year. I phoned the hotel again with no good results due to the Book Fair in Frankfurt; then I realize I would try to book in for 3 nights which I did cancelling my other hotel. So I actually paid for an extra night so I could stay with you. And I would do it again. That is how much I appreciate staying there so thank you.
