Check in was easy, room was ready early. Coffee and water were refreshed daily. Breakfast quality and assortment very good to excellent. Evening restaurant and food staff could be more attentive. Modern, clean hotel.

The hotel was perfect for our stay, we were there as a family for a business related stay. The receptionist at check in was lovely and very helpful. The parking onsite was a tad pricey but very convenient as it provided direct access to the hotel. We had breakfast one morning and it was delicious with an extensive offering to suite all tastes. The only areas for improvement: - there is a tablet in the room that is meant to provide info on the hotel and dining which didn’t work properly - we were told by a bar staff member that there was no dinner available in the restaurant and later discovered that food was available to order from the bar. We aren’t sure why he didn’t tell us this at the time. - breakfast is a bit expensive, kids really should be free because of this - we were provided drink vouchers which could be used for specialty coffee, however, each morning we came down there was no one available to make a coffee so we never redeemed these vouchers - the gym could use some dumbbells to bolster its strength equipment offering These are minor issues and specific to our stay. We will stay again when we are back for work as it’s still a great option in a lovely area.

Nice hotel with good location in city center

Great location - just on the edge of the old town. Easy to find, and with parking right under the hotel. Excellent room - spacious, clean, with full fittings and useful little touches like the Qi charger on the night table. The free water and chocolate were much appreciated, as was the kind staff at check in and check out. In all, a lovely stay in a lovely city.

Great hotel and very convenient for the old town of Esslingen. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are exploring this beautiful part of Germany!

Overall hotel was great and especially the room was clean! However, we were travelling with a 7 months old and hotel didn’t provide the baby cot. Also the room didn’t have kettle so it was extremely inconvenient when we need to prepare the formula milk for baby. Also we thought it was a bonus the room got a coffee machine but unfortunately it didn’t come with any milk so we didn’t bother to use it at all. Apart from those hotel was good very comfortable bed especially after a long drive. Will come and stay again when my baby is older.

Was staying for one night en route to another area of Germany. This was fabulous value for money and the best hotel I’ve stayed at in Germany so far. It was also a very reasonable price. The spa facilities were a real bonus. Would definitely return.

hotel is very clean, location is convenient. i can only mention 2 things; - we stayed in comfort room which claimed to have a natural a/c system (no a/c but its designed to keep the room cool), however though we were there in July, the weather was cool and the room was even cooler than outside, and there was no way to make it warmer. When i asked the reception, they said if i open the window the system (?!) keeping the room cool will be deactivated so it can be warmer, however given that outside was also cold, we didnt have any change in the room temperature. Normally, this wouldnt have been an issue but We had a toddler with us and it became challenging, both during sleeping and after shower. For winter there is a heating system but for spring autumn and even cool summer days (its germany weather - july 29, 20 degrees!) there should be some option for making the room a bit warmer - we had a thermometer with us and the room temperature never exceeded 21.6 the second is the car park, its located under the hotel, very convenient, you can directly go to your room, however its so expensive (14 euros daily), may be hotel can consider making an arrangement with the car park, to at least have some kind of discount for hotel customers. Still, i would recommend the hotel.

(next time a top for the cup would be even better). I needed a second cup of coffee, because we had a long way to drive. Leonardo is the best so far. I will stay in your hotel whenever I have a chance.

Good hotel, great location and nice city

The sauna was supposed to open from 10 to 22, but the reception staff said it is from 15 and did not allow to use it.

The parking is easy, it is just a short walk to downtown, the staff is nice, the rooms are clean, and the room rates are fair. I found our room very comfortable although my wife thought the bed was too firm. We had a very good stay and will visit again.

Great room with modern features and shower was amazing. Would stay again and the bar staff in evening serving drinks are great people thank you!

For the price I was not expecting such a well-designed and comfortable room. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Esslingen!

The sofa bed was huge so my 6”6 son had plenty of room; although the flat sheet did not stay on. The room was spacious and very comfortable. Parking (at cost) was beneath the hotel so very convenient and a short walk into the town. We will stay again

Good business class hotel. Great location. The town centre and good restaurants are within easy walking distance.

The former Best Western Hotel has undergone a complete refurbishment and was turned into a real nice, modern and friendly Hotel. The rooms are spacious and well appointed lacking nothing (A/C, heated floors in bathroom, enough plugs and having features you don't see everyday like quick charge pads and plugs with USB connectors next to the bed. Breakfast is very nice too including Chachuka you don't see everyday. Only strange feature is how low the shower controls are.

The room was cool on a super hot day (30+°C), charging possibilities everywhere, the city is really nice with good restaurants on a walking distance.

Everything was good. I was overall satisfied

Only thing that could be improved is the staffing in the reception as well as the offer of gluten free food at breakfast

Me and husband stayed at hotel for 2 nights. We had great experiences with our room. It was clean and quiet. The hotel location was so convenient. Walking distance to old town area. Lot of restaurants and stores. I recommended!
