This is a great value-for-money hotel, centrally located near the Alstadt and the Rhine River. It's very clean and worth the price. The room size is also not bad.

Nice hotel, good location next to U-bahn and old town and very nice hotel staff. Can definitely recommend!

Everything was very good, the location was super convenient. One thing that could be improved is the lights in the room (No. 407), to have more light during the night. The light in the hall was not sufficient if you are sitting in the desk besides the window.

Hotel and its staff were exceptional and very helpful. The WhatsApp feature works a treat - well done all.

After all week at the Hardware show in Cologne, I needed a night in Dusseldorf before returning home to Ireland. The Hotel Staff was extremely helpful and polite. The rooms are luxurious and very clean, and the location of the hotel is super convenient. I will definitely return for another stay.

The location of the hotel is brilliant. 10 min walk to the central train station, very nice running experience along the Koenigsalle and the Rhein river. Amazing breakfast with high quality products. Two things I didnt like: There is noise in the room (front view) as you can hear the tram passing by. The hotel should inform about the parking cost, as it is not for free and costs 25Euros per day. I booked the hotel because it advertises private parking, but not that it costs!

Hotel location is great and it's clean and comfortable. The cleaning crew were really aggressive, continuously trying to get in, even when asked to come back later in the afternoon, and didn't speak english, very little german. The electric windows blinds also kept opening by themselves. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice hotel, we got an upgrade but i don’t know what the upgrade was, as the room looked exactly as in the picture of my chosen room on booking. Parking a bit expensive if you are also staying at the hotel. We tried to get help to know where to buy the sticker for the car, mandatory in Germany, and the staff was totally unhelpful as they didn’t even know what we were talking about.

I always stay here when visiting Düsseldorf…..the staff are friendly and always whiling to help . I look forward to visiting again .

As our plane was very early , reception staff helped us to have our room by a early check in . That was very kindness for us after a long and tired flight.

Conveniently located offers easy access to all central Dusseldorf sites. Friendly staff and comfortable rooms. Highly recommended for both business and recreation travellers.

We have stayed several time now at the hotel and have never been disappointed, the location is excellent the staff are so friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend the hotel to fellow travellers for business or leisure.

It's the third time staying at the Leonardo Royal and as every time I loved it. The staff is absolutely amazing and the connectivity to trains or hot spots in Düsseldorf is awesome! Will be coming back for another time.

10 of us visited for the weekend and the hotel was fantastic the staff were happy and helpful would 100% stsy here on my next visit

Loved this hotel. We were at the BOOT show and found the staff courteous and helpful. It was no stress to stay there. We would stay again. The hotel is in an area with lots of lovely restaurants

Excellent hotel for a quiet stay while right in the city centre of Dusseldorf. Great room with a clean and fresh bathroom, enough space and comfortable seating. Location is amazing, breakfast is very nice with many options (convenient breakfast times as well). We would definitely recommend this hotel and come back.

The hotel was a great location and staff extremely helpful and professional. The room I was allocated for the first 2 nights was in what appeared to be an apartment older section of the hotel which was a maze of corridors and quite run down. However the room itself was lovely and the wireless charger was very useful as I had forgotten a travel adaptor. When our flight was cancelled we came back to the hotel and given a free of charge upgrade which was extremely kind and the room on the 5th floor was beautiful! I couldn’t find a wireless charger in the room though!

Good stay at this hotel. Cocktail were delicious and bar staff very accommodating.

The hotel itself is good, but parking your car is a nightmare. Entrance to the parking is very small, and the parking spaces under the hotel is soo small that it nearly impossible to park. (advise would be to park in surrounding shopping mall parkings instead) And the price for parking your car is NOT included in the price.

It is a hotel I will gladly return to, both in Dusseldorf and in other locations where it is still available. I will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

Excellent approach , solving any problem

We stayed here for 3 nights it was all excellent fantastic location . Hotel was like home away from home very welcoming and so relaxed breakfast was so good so much varity kept us full all day. Bedrooms were so clean well equipt views from rooms were amazing had the best sleep will definetly stay here again

It was my third time at this hotel and the experience was amazing, as always. From the check in to the check out, the staff was always friendly and helpful. I always travel with my dog and this time she even got a new toy from the staff. I’m gonna stay there again soon.

Hotel was very nice, cozy, decorated amazingly for Christmas. Lobby and its bar is separately comfortable and nice place to stay. Locations is perfect. Staff was very welcoming, but bit constrained with hotel rules, as they were asking almost everything to their superior. When you pay almost 200 EUR for night stay, car parking must be included or at least not be valued at 30 EUR per night.

As about I have used the hotel before and it gives me everything I’m looking for very comfortable bed very helpful staff. The bar area is a very nice place to chill out and relax after what ever you have done. Would recommend to everyone for a comfortable experience.

Parking under hotel, city on walking distance, clean room and great view. Nice staff

The room was clean, 3 coffee capsules were left for 2 days, only 4 tissues were left in the tissue box. Very uncomfortable beds, mattresses were made of foam, it was impossible to sleep. Everything is good, center, shops nearby. I do not recommend it only because of the mattresses.

We were in town for the K show 2025. The Leonardo hotel was very nice. Staff was excellent and made our stay very pleasant. And enjoyable 10 to 15 minute walk put she either at Allstar or the high-end shopping market. In all, I would stay here again.

The Hotel is very close to the cicty center and very well comunicated. The rooms were very clean and the staff very kind.
