A lovely hotel with a very handy free shuttle to and from the airport. Modern, clean, comfortable. Good food at dinner and breakfast. We would definitely use this hotel again.

Lovely hotel, highly professional and attentive staff, very well equipped rooms. Food and drinks prices are extortionate, even for an airport hotel! Shame!

The proximity to the airport, shuttle service and the clean and modern hotel made it an excellent place where to be.

Overall my experience with you was excellent. But the only thing I noticed that you need to work on your housekeeping team. Several times, the restroom was not cleaned properly as there were still hairs on the floor as well as on the bed even after their service.

Arrived very late at airport so needed a place to stay close by. A shuttle ride is needed as hotel is off site but we didn’t have to wait too long and it was very quick to check in and get to our room. Very pleased with our choice.

I was genuinely impressed by my stay at Leonardo Hotel Köln Bonn Airport. From the very beginning, the staff was excellent: friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The cleanliness of both the hotel and the room was impeccable and immediately noticeable. A special mention goes to the breakfast buffet, which was truly high level. There was a wide variety of options, everything well presented and, most importantly, everything tasted very good. Definitely above average for an airport hotel. Another highlight was the free shuttle service to and from the airport, which felt like a real treat for guests. Smooth, convenient, and stress-free — exactly what you want when traveling. One small downside, mentioned only as constructive feedback, is the price of the bar food. In the evening I was hungry, but a club sandwich priced at 20 € felt quite expensive. I couldn’t judge the portion size because the price alone made me reconsider. Slightly more accessible prices would certainly encourage guests to use the bar more. On the positive side, I also really appreciated the complimentary bottled water in the room, a small detail that makes a big difference. Overall, a very comfortable and high-quality stay. If I need to fly again from Cologne, I will definitely return.

Overall , perfect booking and very friendly staff. The rooms are excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The receptionist and bartenders were very friendly and welcomed us.

Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. We had free transfers to the airport and the train station, which was a great convenience.

Pros: - hotel is new, so you have modern tv and furniture, all spaces inside are clean. - although relatively close to the airport, noise level was low (maybe it depends on other factors, but my experience at 3rd floor in room with interior view was pretty quiet). Cons: - would been even better if we had also some slippers in the room.Especially in winter the floor is a little bit cold to step on it with bare feet. - a liquid soap recipient with a pump mechanism would also be more convenient than the one which you have to squeeze pretty hard to get soap out of it.

Very well organized and helpful staff. We needed kettle. We ask Reception. They supplied in 2 minutes.

The hotel is very modern, the rooms are neat and fine, the location is also great especially if you have a car to drive. I'd definitely choose this hotel anyday anytime when I visit Cologne

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff are outstanding and caring. I will always recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport and offers great value for the price. Parking is easy, with spots available right in front of the hotel as well as in a secured parking area. The rooms are spacious, modern, and well-equipped. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. We also had dinner at the hotel restaurant—the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was pleasant.While the blanket was clearly clean, one of the beds had quite a lot of hair on it, which was unpleasant. The dinner menu offered limited food options, and not all the waitstaff spoke English, which made communication a bit difficult.

The ideal hotel when you have an early flight home, the shuttle service to and from hotel was a nice perk to have. Beds were comfortable had a great nights sleep Would definitely recommend to others.

The Hotel staff, the room everything was as good as one can expect. I would highly recommend to stay here for a couple of nights if you visit a nearby area.

The hotel is very well located and in excellent condition. There was only one minor incident with the cleaning of the room. That's why I didn't give it a 10.

Everything about the stay was great. The ladies at the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean, and the breakfast buffet was among the best I’ve seen. The refugee camp nearby was somewhat unsightly and unclean, but I understand this is beyond the hotel's control. If I were the hotel owner, I would advocate for the city to maintain cleanliness in the area and enforce littering laws to help keep the surroundings in better condition.

Perfect for the price and the service

The hotel fully met our expectations. The stay was comfortable. Check-in and check-in were fast and hassle-free. Transfer to/from the airport was convenient and fast. The only thing that bothered me was the lack of slippers in the room and the narrow blankets.

I was traveling with my two children and all three of us had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff who were all so welcoming, especially the bar staff to the children. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast both mornings which was delicious. The hotel was in close proximity to the airport which made our travels easy. Overall we had a brilliant weekend, thanks largely to this hotel. Thank you.

Outstanding hotel it’s a shame they wouldn't allow me to have a coffee and danish for breakfast even though I had paid for breakfast and everything was set out ready to serve

Everything about our stay was very good. The rooms were very good, spacious, and super clean, and the beds were very comfortable. We traveled by car, so the location was not a problem. My only complaint was the price of the water at the bar. I have bought two bottles of still water and paid around 15 euros. The most expensive water I have drunk for years :(

This hotel is excellent, the free shuttle service is great and they will help you with information on how to get to city centre by train station. Everything was 10/10 the room, hotel, cleanliness. If we ever come back to cologne we will stay here 100%.
