Overall a very good experience. Rooms slightly dated. Staff very friendly. I would stay again. Convenient for Airport and good pickup by shuttle.

The hotel is about 10 mins walk for Koln airport (walking around the multi-storey car park). The route is well sign posted. The reception is well appointed with complimentary coffee/water. Staff were efficient although our room was not ready upon arrival and there was quite a wait (I think it was finally ready around 3.15pm) that's the only grumble. We had superior rooms which were large but slightly dated. I couldn't control the heating so I turned it off. My friend had a cracked sink but it is an airport hotel. The bar is hidden behind some utility looking doors but once inside it was pleasant, reasonably priced and the staff were friendly. Breakfast was in the main restaurant which is attractive and well maintained. The offering is continental (no cooked bacon or sausages) but generally a good range. My friend is vegan and found the options slightly limited, I recall there was no vegan bread. There is a shuttle bus which we used and found the driver very friendly and helful. I think it runs every 15 mins but it's a bit hit or miss whether this aligns with your travel plans. The train station is 5 mins walk, making this hotel a good option for visiting Cologne where accommodation prices are 50%+ higher. In conclusion this is a good hotel for visiting Cologne offering good value for money.

We did have a few glitches with the facilities but everything was resolved and the staff was apologetic and gracious to us, we were offered a wonderful breakfast which was very nice

Excellent hotel to stay if visiting the Koln airport area.

It's the third time we've stayed here. Price is quality hand in hand. In addition, it has a transfer, in case we need it to the airport. It's 5 minutes. Three times we used this service, as we had to catch the flight at dawn.

We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights and really enjoyed it. Very spacious rooms and great service. Restaurant staff is great and also good selection on the menu. Parking is possible at the hotel.
