Anything you can about the slowness of the elevators?

Great location: several dining out option available within walking distance, U & S Stations nearby, connecting easily with all the highlights Berlin has to offer. Messe within easy reach, by taxi or U Bahn. Staff friendly and efficient. TRULY THE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER HAD ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD - truly. Highly recommendable.

I have been a regular at the Charlottenburg Leonardo for many years, and I will keep it that way.

Hotel and rooms are clean and in good condition. The staff is professional and very nice. Convenient location close to public transport.

Great location for access to the Deutsche Oper. Bismarkstrasse Ubahn is 5 minutes away. Very well maintained structure, exceptionally clean and great prices!!

Would definitely stay again

I arrived in the evening and went straight to check in. I'd already filled in the online check in form, which made the process quick and seamless. The lady on the desk was lovely, very friendly and professional. I headed up to my room, which had an extremely comfortable bed and pillows. I just melted into the pillows - I need a set of these for home!! I slept well for the 3 nights I stayed, but would have preferred a room not facing out onto the street as traffic noise (in particular sirens) could be heard frequently. The tea and coffee station was well equipped; the only thing missing was milk but I was able to get this in the morning, so it wasn't an issue. The duvet was a good thickness but I had 2 single duvets as opposed to 1 large for the bed and would have preferred one duvet instead. The selection of items available for breakfast was good, with a range of hot and cold items and variety of drinks. The bacon on all 3 days was extremely overcooked and dried out. On morning 1 and morning 2, I was able to find 1 or 2 small pieces which were ok to eat, but on my final morning, there was none I could eat. It was very overcooked and just snapped! It would have been nice to have some muffins on offer too, but overall breakfast was tasty and did not disappoint. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would recommend.

It was very good time in Leonardo’s Hotel Charlottenburg. The hotel staff were very professional, respectful and attentive. The room was perfect, very well structured and very comfortable with great mattress and pillows, and a hot shower.

A nice, comfortable hotel located in an excellent area of the city. Clean rooms, quiet atmosphere, and convenient access to public transport, restaurants, and shops. A very good option for staying two or three nights.

Only two nights but enjoyed my time there. Great staff that were super helpful throughout.

Room very comfortable and spotless. Breakfast first class with lots of variety. The flasks of coffee were brilliant.

Our third stay at the hotel and we are coming back in May. It's always nice to stay with you. Our room was on the very small side, and we hope to get a bigger one in May. But we are looking forward to coming back.

I recently stayed in Wilhelm Dorfer Strasse, Berlin. The staff could not have done any better for all guests. They went above and beyond to us all. They were great.

Good location for going to Oper Berlin, plenty of choices for food nearby. Room very clean and bed very comfortable. Check in staff can put on a bit more smile to look welcoming.

Perfect stay in Berlin city. Close to metro station, supermarket and few restaurants.

Stayed in Leonardo during the week, since my visit was work related. The hotel itself and the rooms are clean and provide enough facilities for shorter stays.

The visit was good and if I visit Berlin again I will definitely consider this hotel first.

The hotel fully met our expectations. It's a nice place to stay with lots of stores and good restaurants nearby. Nothing outstanding but definitely recommended if you're more out than in. A good bargain for the money.

Hotel meet our expectations. Room was comfortable and well equiped, brekfast was excelent. Metro station Bismarkstrase is near to the hotel and connection to the airport and train station Sharlotenburg is easy. Hotel is on quiet area with lot of shops, coffees and restorants around.

I am very pleased with my stay at this hotel. Everything at the highest possible level. Very practical amenities, tablet, lamp heating in the bathroom, even a shoe horn. Easy-to-use air conditioning. Three fast elevators. I will happily come back here and recommend it.

I consider myself a regular at this hotel. For me, this is the place to stay when I am in Berlin.. This time it happened that there was no housekeeping during my 4 day stay. This is because whenever they turned up I happened to be in the room and found it inconvenient. They tried hard, and the room was actually in good condition throughout. I just was unlucky with the schedule. This doesn't change my high regard for this hotel. I will be back as usual.

The hotel is situated on a side street and it was very quiet during the night. The bed was comfortable and the room overall was very clean. The breakfast was good, although there could have been a bigger variety of cooked items. The bacon on offer was over cooked

I upgraded to a junior suite. Large, comfortable and sunny room at a very competitive price. Perfect for Deutsche Oper. Well maintained and spotlessly clean. I enjoyed my stay very much!!

Second time we’ve stayed at this hotel great rooms for a value price close to the U Bahn a. short taxi ride from the airport

Location was a great fit for my stay (near ubhf bismarkstr, 2 useful ubahn line connections). Excellent service and cleanliness, WiFi and connected TV :-) Overall, excellent value. Those who need space might consider a room upgrade. Or another location.

Travelled to BERLIN for the Christmas Markets. Stopped at the Leonardo Berlin hotel. The hotel was located very close to the U2 & U7 lines which.h made getting around Berlin very easy. The check in was very easy and were checked in early. The lad on the bar was always very friendly but didn’t catch his name. The team at breakfast were always very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and ideal for our stay

My stay at Leonardo Hotel Berlin was great and completely met my expectations. It was a short family trip with a child and we felt very comfortable in the room. My only feedback is that there were lots of stains in the carpet on the 3rd floor. I know it's only superficial, but still something to look into.
