The location of the hotel is great. The staff at the recipson was very professional and friendly.

We loved everything about this hotel. Its location on the iconic Ku-Damm; proximity to numerous restaurants and bars; transport links; shopping options including Ka De We . It was absolutely perfect for our four-night stay in Berlin. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Berlin, a wonderful city. In addition, we enjoyed a fantastic breakfast, top-quality with every taste catered for. Finally, all the staff were friendly, courteous and professional. We have been to Berlin on a number of occasions but this is the best hotel that we have ever stayed at.

The location at Ku’damm was just perfect for exploring the city. The hotel was very nice and peaceful, even having a little Spa department. The front desk officers were very helpful and efficient - wonderful persons spreading a welcoming, positive feeling.

Not a huge hotel, I hate skyscrapers, interesting architecture. Coffee in the room every morning is a blessing.

Mrs M. Szewczyk made a nice table for breakfast for my Bithday. It was a very big surprise. Besides of that she is a very pleasant person. And she is hard working lady all the time!

loves the hotel, really close to the bus stop/ S train. very close to the KUDAMM, and the fact that it was close to the dm was very good. on our stay, the internet didn't work for a day due to a regional problem, but the reception people tries that the problem will be solved as soon as possible. also, the phone in our room didn't work

From the hotel, we can easily access to the central station, the airport, main touristic places by S-bahn and U-bahn. Kindly stuffs and confortable room made us be happy.

This was my first visit to Leonardo Hotel. I was made welcome by staff at reception. My room was small, but spotless. The bathroom was tiny, but I'm a small person so it was fine. A minor quibble, the instructions for safe are pasted inside wardrobe, I found it impossible to read. There is a lovely shaded courtyard, pleasant place to relax. The location on Ku' Dam is brilliant!!

Very nice overall. Friendly staff. They made an effort to to prepare something for my birthday.

Aside from aforementioned TLC needed in the room the smaller of the two elevators makes an awful noise when in use that sounds like it has no lubrication on any of it's moving parts and metal is rubbing against metal, the noise is audible thru the entire guest areas of the hotel and in our room 355, at the very least that specific elevator needs to be shut off between the hours of 10pm and 11 am so people can sleep as a friend of mine had to swap rooms due to the noise keeping them awake, aside from that over all the experience was good and would happily use the hotel again if I am ever going berlin again, it is on decent walking distance of several areas of berlin and of S and U bahn lines making travel around the city from the hotel a breeze, also the little treat stand in reception was a nice touch to start a day of exploring yhe city.

My stay at Leonardo Hotel Ku’damm was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The location is perfect – just steps away from Kurfürstendamm, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transport, yet the hotel itself feels quiet and relaxing. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth, and throughout my stay, I felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. The rooms are comfortable, and very clean, with all the modern amenities you need for a pleasant stay. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to suit every taste. It was the perfect start to the day. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Berlin – whether for business or leisure – and I would happily stay here again on my next trip.

Very nice hotel with excellent location

Good location, fair room, fair breakfast, especialky lovely cheeses.

The location is excellent. In the western center of Berlin, near Zoo Station. Located in the shopping, recreation, and cultural district of Kurfürstendamm. The staff were in generally very friendly and attentive. The price for the room was very good considering the location and standard of the hotel. The breakfast room was large with a good selection of food and drinks. At the reception, there is a basket of fruit and snacks that you can take away for free. Free water is also available in the lobby. The room has a coffee machine and water bottles. The only downside is the loud ventilation in the bathroom. The courtyard terrace could be made a bit more inviting.

Absolutely great ,clean, comfortable and quiet room , super comfortable bed and pillows, The staff were very helpful, friendly and ready to help, Excellent lokation, in the midlle of Berlin , very clouse to the attraktion what you want to see, Great and taste breakfast, varety of food , We would rekommend this hotel to everywone, We will be back again Your sincerely M & M

Very good hotel

I stayed at Leonardo Hotel Berlin KU'DAMM for 2 nights. The room was spacious with high ceilings and large windows that brought in a lot of natural light. I appreciated the in-room coffee machine — a nice touch for a quick morning start. The location is central and convenient, and the overall stay was comfortable. Some areas of the hotel could use a refresh, but the space and amenities made up for it. Would stay again.

I spent 80% of my trip in the room so trust me when I say that I loved every minute of it. The combination of the room amenities and a comfortable bed along with the space in the room was exactly what I needed when I laid sick for two days. To top it off all the hotel staffs were extremely helpful and nice. Thank you for a wonderful stay :)

Enjoyed the stay at Leaonardo Ku'damm as its a great location and the service was good. Being an older property, it could do with some upgrade to amenities but enjoyed the old building with large rooms. Housekeeping was not that consistent as sometimes they did not refill coffee pods. However, overall it was a great experience
