The location of the hotel is perfect, calm in a residential area and close to transports, restaurants bakeries, etc. The hotel is clean, confortable and staff are very professional. During check-in with Ms. Mari we experienced an excellent welcoming presenting us the neighborhood and main attractions on the map. The solely disappointment was the confort of the bed due to the hardness of the mattress. Other than that we where happy to stay at Leonardo.

During our 9-day visit to Spain, we stayed at the Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Gran Via for four nights. Then moved to Madrid and stayed three nights at the Leonardo Boutique Hotel Madrid. This hotel is a perfect location as my son and grandchildren live on same road. The hotel is comfortable, clean and friendly staff. This was 3rd time staying here and will definitely stay again.

I love the hotel's central location and professional and friendly staff. The breakfast was excellent. The only comment is that the windows are not soundproof, so you can hear street noise early in the morning.

Overall very good location, very convenient for airport bus. Room very spacious and clean, bathroom and towels excellent. Breakfast good but coffee wasn’t, reception staff very pleasant, sorted out a request for a room with a walk in shower, also let me check in half an hour early. Value for money for city centre hotel, would stay again for position, near buses and metro stations x 3 to main square and tourist sites.

Wonderful hotel, actually my favorite in barcelona, and this was my third time in it. the reception staff is wonderful. The location is amazing and sorry for not remembering his name. But the man in the breakfast restaurant was absolutely fantastic , He was lovely and delightful and so polite and always interacted with us in the morning and ask us about what did we do in barcelona and gave us ideas and advice , such a lovely man This hotel is 99% wonderful, i left out the 1% because of how the Latino chef was with me! One time, the old Latino chef came out to fill in for the nice man in the breakfast area. That wasn't available.I think it was his vacation, so the chef came out to take our names in the breakfast area. I think it was friday , but once he saw that, my name was mohammed, his reaction was very bad and the way he dealt with me was very cold , rather than that everything was fantastic! Thank you leonardo hotel for the wonderful stay I'm now an advantage club member.

I have been a returning guest at the Leonardo Hotel for many years, and it continues to be my favorite hotel in the area. Even when I had to stay elsewhere due to full occupancy, this hotel has always remained my first choice. True to its name, the Leonardo Hotel reflects a rare balance: it is versatile, thoughtful, and consistently high in quality, while still staying grounded and genuinely human. The reception staff are always polite, attentive, and efficient, which makes every arrival feel smooth and welcoming. If I may add a small suggestion, I would love to see a bit more variety and seasonality in the breakfast selection. That said, the overall experience is excellent, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a reliable, warm, and high-quality stay.

Great welcoming staff , spacious room , great location, breakfast taste great although not much variety, room was great although bed matters was hard , superior room had a great view although a bit overpriced , bathroom was clean but a bit tight and no toothbrush..etc , over all I can say that I loved my stay and the staff was great and location was fantastic , thank you leonardo hotel gran via hopefully I'll get the chance to stay again with you!

We found the hotel to be very pleasant, clean, good rooms and with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were a little hot for our taste and because the roof temperatures are all controlled centrally, it was not possible to make them much cooler, but this was a moinor inconvenience.

Located 5 mins walk from a metro this hotel did not disappoint. I stayed here with my 6 year old and it was a great stay. Easy to get everywhere, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. I would definitely come back here

First time in this hotel. Really enjoyed our few days. Efficient, friendly staff. Nice room. Quiet. Location excellent - near the city centre, lots of shops, supermarkets, cafes nearby.

Very happy with our stay at Leonardo

Althougt is a 3 star hotel, for us was more like 4 stars. Big room, very confortable beds, clean, breakfast was excellent, staff very friendly, good and chip parking 18 eur/day and we could leave the car there all day after we checked out and after we finished visiting we came to take it.

Lovely Hotel in a great location

Great hotel, excellent location, and great value for money! the room was spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. we get 2 free bottles of water daily. the clean was great. very nice touch was water, apples and sweets on each floor, my kid enjoyed it. I will return to this hotel and will recommend it to my friends.

Perfect location from which to explore Barcelona. Metro a short walk away and other public transport options close by. Hotel was clean and had everything we needed. The sweet treats, fresh fruit and lemon water on the landing by our room were a lovely touch. A good selection of cafés, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Would definitely come back.

The check-in experience was pleasant. My request for a top floor room was granted, but I returned asking for a room with a street exposure. The clerk said he’d be happy to do change my room but he said the street can be noisy and that even though there was nothing to see in the light well, it was quieter. I appreciated his advice and stuck with the original room, even though I usually prefer a view. The room was immaculate and thoroughly cleaned every day. The complimentary coffee and water and apples were nice, though the bathroom amenities were sparse (no moisturizer or Kleenex). The location is a bit removed from the old city but is convenient to the A1 / A2 Airport Bus. The neighborhood is a bit gritty, but I never felt unsafe. I’d stay at the Leonardo again but might consider something a bit more central next time.

Our stay at Leonardo Hotel Barcelona Gran Via was memorable. The hotel was in a good location, within walking distance to Metro, many attractions and the Hop-On Hop-off bus. Plenty of good eateries and restaurants close by. The hotel was very clean, the bed was comfortable, showers are hot and strong and the staff were nice and engaging. This hotel is an excellent 3 star hotel and strongly recommend staying here.

very nice experience for one more time.. i prefer leonardo hotels when visiting madrid or barcelona. nice and clean room, friendly & discreet people.

The hotel was lovely located 15 min from La Rambla. Condition was great, our bedroom was big and clean, the wardrobe was also very big and nice which usually never happens, and the bathroom as well. Very big towels were highly appreciated. Welcome water and slippers made everything more special. The only downside is that there were 2 USB plugs near one side of the bed and both were broken so had to charge devices elsewhere. Otherwise very nice service and lovely breakfast. Would recommend.

Excellent stay, son lives close by so perfect location very clean and comfortable. Being English we would have preferred a kettle to coffee machine in room. But overall very happy.

A good quality stay with Leonardo. Hotel was well located within easy walking distance of two Metro stations, providing good transport links to see Barcelona. Good selection of bars and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and well presented, bed was comfortable. Breakfast service was good with a decent selection of food. Would stay again.

The toilet eas flowing and the door to the toilet eas squiking unacctably loud.

I had a fantastic experience. The hotel is centrally located without being in a touristy area of town. It is close to all the attractions in town as well as surrounded by excellent restaurants and grocery stores. I really enjoyed the comfy bed and the tub in the bathroom. The breakfast selection was good and fresh too.

We had a nice stay at this hotel. The breakfast was regal. I wish I could have such a selection every morning! Our room was very clean and had everything we needed (like a mini fridge to store the few things we bought, a coffee machine, enough space to store away our clothes, and a kettle and an iron I borrowed). The neighborhood was full of nice bakeries, restaurants, and grocery stores, and the subway was just a stone's throw away. I would definitely come again.

It was great. I appreciate that the room was available much earlier. Our flight to Barcelona was tiring and we wanted to rest. Thank you for your flexibility and kind hospitality.

We stayed for 4 nights and received excellent service from all staff. On check in, the lady receptionist gave us super information which proved most useful. The breakfast was good with plenty of choice and a very entertaining, friendly waiter. I would recommend a stay here. Very convenient for buses and metro to tour the city.

We loved the location, and the excellent staff were friendly and helpful. Climate control in the room was difficult, and opening windows to reduce temperature in the room increased street noise. Bath/shower was unsafe, with no safety bar outside the tub where you enter, and the bottom of the tub was very slippery. We felt unsafe getting in and out. Bathrooms and climate control need updating.

We checked-in early, and the officers were very nice and offered a free luggage store service. That makes U. go out and enjoy Barcelona immediately. I really appreciate the service. The room is clean, the WiFi is quick, and the location is great, close to the subway station; the surroundings are safe. That is more than enough for a place to stay for a trip, and the price is reasonable.. I highly recommend it to family and friends.
