Located in a quiet area way from Baden center, it would fit for romantic couples alongside small families, very small gym , troublesome parking car if you come late at night .

The hotel was easy to find,good location, friendly and helpful staff, good communications pre arrival, very clean room, excellent service at reception,spa,bar and restaurant, easy to check in and out, spa are and reception was lovely, very clean, nice ambience. Highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed for four nights at the hotel in Baden Baden and found it to be an excellent base for exploring the town and the surrounding area. The spa facilities were excellent and we finished every day relaxing by the pool. Very friendly and helpful staff, would stay here again if we came to Baden Baden

Great Hotel, but seriously need to do something about the urinals at the bottom floor next to the spa./gym entrance...the smell is overwhelming! That men's bathroom is not a good reflection on the other good qualities of the hotel.

Stayed at Leonardo Royal hotel with my son whilst on a bike tour. We arrived very hot and sweaty after a day riding in sweltering heat from Reims and were offered a glass of water each which was a kind gesture and greatly appreciated. The hotel is lovely and clean and the room exceeded our expectations with great facilities and a very comfortable bed. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of food and drink options. The hotel staff especially the receptionists were extremely helpful and friendly. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommended.

Nice hotel in a quiet area. Pros: The check in staff was very nice, the room was spacious, nice and clean, the pool area was great. Cons: They don't have a limited amount of parking spaces that they sell out, but the number of spaces are limited. Meaning that they sell out more than the capacity. We came back after dinner and the parking was completely full so we had to find street parking (and it was pouring). Not good. The sound proof of the windows in the room are not good, but since it was a quiet area it wasn't a big issue for us.

OUR CHECK-IN WAS AMAZING! THE FRONT RECEPTIONIST ASSISTED US WHEN WE ARRIVED AT THE INCORRECT HOTEL LOCATION DUE TO A TRAVEL BOOKING ERROR. SHE WAS WONDERFUL, FOUND US A BEAUTIFUL ROOM IN YOUR HOTEL, LOOKED AFTER CANCELLING OUR ORIGINALLY BOOKED HOTEL, AND CHECKED TO MAKE SURE WE WERE HAPPY WITH ALL THE CHANGES. SHE MADE A POTENTIALLY STRESSFUL SITUATION TURN OUT ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL!! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

I really enjoy my stay here, the only topic I didn't like was the parking, I got told there was no warranty in the availability of a parking spots, fortunately there was at least 1 during the time I was there.

Fantastic hotel only a short walk from town centre. A perfect escape with good food, great spa and swimming pool area and well equipped gym, and the room was first class. I will definitely make this my first choice when I return to the area.

Enjoyed the hotel swimming pool and the local venue's for swimming very much. The staff I interacted were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was a very nice variety of good food.

We like the location of the hotel and they have redecorated it nicely but the guests are very inconsiderate, shouting throughout the night and slamming, doors and at breakfast one couple was packing the breakfast food into their bag taking dozens of rolls & cupcakes, filling a bottle with the buckwheat and packing cold cuts, vegetables and fruit; it was truly shocking to see and very upsetting. We kept looking at them in disgust as this will only make it more expensive for us the next time we stay.

The staff were really nice. The hotel has a good location and is conveniently close to the center of town. The room was quite spacious and comfortable but was freshly painted and the smell of paint was strong. We did not take advantage of the spa center as guests were expected to be naked in the sauna which is not something we are used to.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very clean and well-maintained, and everything was perfectly organized. The food was excellent, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Special thanks to the young lady at reception who went above and beyond - when I needed to make an urgent WhatsApp call and had issues with my phone, she kindly let me use her personal phone. I don't remember her name, but this level of service and personal care made my stay truly memorable.

Secluded, quiet, clean, good neighborhood, walkable to city, easy acces to and from Autobahn

The hotel it's located closed to the centre, 10 minutes walking your get there. And they have parking. Also Gym and staff were very friendly.
